Once you defeat the Soviets, Nod go into hiding for many years and re-emerge once they have harmonized disenfranchised African nations and got the head start on Tiberium
@@paulrasmussen8953 I think it's more theorized that the USSR collapsed quickly into warring factions after Stalin was announced dead. Putting more of the world into an unstable state, allowing Kane to discreetly establish himself in Egypt as the world pieces itself back together.
@@CdogofNod1 heck it's even blatantly obvious from dialogue in this ending that Nod never wanted our player character to really win! It wouldn't even surprise me that Kane and Nod made sure that this happens by indirectly saving the allied high command! Better yet they were the ones behind World War 1 they assasinated Duke Franz Ferdinand that is why Nod had a temple next to Sarajevo!
I can see it being canon. Especially since time travel is a thing in C&C. General universe timeline is untainted by time travel but eventually Scrin would arrive and win but Kane managed to steal alien ship which is seen C&C tiberium sun. Starting the red alert timeline. It starts following Allies virtory timeline is where kane is learning all events and gaining technology to better fight the Scrin and unlocking theTacitus. Many of Japanese rising sun technology does share similar to Scrin. Eventually ready, Kane was ready, going back in time so Soviet will win ww2 so it resources and powerbase can be given to Nod and planeting tritibuim early to start using the crystal into humanity war machine. Kane said he know the future, perhaps it because he had live it.
Kane and Nadia knew that. Which is why they took the dictator out before he could get over his post-victory joy and went back to being his usual conniving, homicidal self.
With timetravel being a possible, I can see Kane letting history play out throughout Red alert to gain knowledge, and future events like the Scrin invasion before going back in time to ww2 to alter events for a Soviet victory to create the brotherhood and obtain scrin technology being the ultimate goal to archive ascension.
Found it: ua-cam.com/video/20MTjYULcHE/v-deo.html It is Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь! (Workers of the world, unite!) I know enough russian so I was able to google the lyrics in cyrilic
Well he has lived for millenia to the point where he is Cain from the Bible. In fact in Command and Conquer Renegade, you find the tomb or Abel underneath The Cairo Temple of Nod. Behind the tomb theirs even a depiction of Kane killing his brother.
i think that by alied victory the follow up villian is yuri because the allied soldiers see stalin lying there but then after he tells them that there is nothing there they believe him, therefore it must be yuri, thus creating red alert 2. But by soviet victory it is kane who follows up thus creating tiberium dawn. so there is no plothole, but red alert 2 and the tiberiumsaga are simply alternate universes based on who the follow up villian was, wich faction won had never anything to do with what follow up villian was gonna show they were seperate to begin with and never linked.
Or they "believe" him because he's a superior officer telling them what to do. It's pretty obvious from the Private's disappointed face that he's well aware of what's happening. Also, RA1 was made years before they'd come up with any of the ideas for RA2, so they wouldn't have thought of the mind control plot points yet.
a. nonimous no that guy isn't Yuri because in RA2 it is shown he already had the mind control helmet on at the time, RA2 was provoked because Russia wasn't happy with America so Romanov made secret military projects to build advanced tech for RA2
Considering that the Soviet Ending leads to the command and conquer timeline. It would have been nice to have a crossover story in a Red Alert sequel where we can see what happened to Kane if the Allies won and maybe a battle between the Allies, Soviets, and a Red Alert version of his Brotherhood of Nod, (would be both cool and funny to hear Kane speak about Yuri and the Empire of the Rising Sun too)
Supposedly in the Red Alert timeline Kane goes underground with the Brotherhood. I imagine he would have appeared in Red Alert 3 if Westwood had made it
The official response is that the Allies ending is canon for both. And time travel shenanigans made those timelines splinter. I don't even know how I know that. I just came for the belt dance.
No, if the Allies win, it'll lead to the Tiberian universe. It will also, alternatively, lead to the Red Alert 2 universe. The Soviet victory didn't lead to anything. As they say in this video, Nod will become a shadow government behind a ridiculously powerful USSR and once the comet lands in the 90s, they'll rid themselves of the Soviet empire and rule the world plainly as Nod.
I see it like this: there are two branching timelines: I Think the Allied campaign is the canonical ending to The Red Alert Universe aka The USSR fell into a craphole and Dugan helped facilitate Romanov as premier of Russia to help stablilze the USSR and make life better for the Soviet people. Meanwhile The Soviet campaign is canonical to the Tiberian verse; Stalin dies and The USSR's hold of Europe collapses and the west sees the Allied nations as a failure and form a new global initiative aka GDI. Kane relocated to Egypt and Europe is retaken by the host nations and the Soviet republics are also returned to their own sovereignty.
@@LukaBlight69 This is not true. The Allied campaign is the canon ending; GDI was formed and the soviets were defeated. This failure of the USSR campaign forced Nod underground and GDI's presence kept them out of the first world, which leads to Tiberian Dawn. In this soviet ending, Nod becomes a world power on the coat tails of the victorious USSR leading into nothing.
He was behind the soviets in RA1 and in this timeline a meteorite falls on earth which starts the Tiberium timeline, and in the timeline where there is no tiberium meteorite drop the red alert timeline starts. However whatever timeline it is Kane should be in both but we don't see kane in RA2 or RA3 or any red alert games, but the meteorite thing is legit because the Tiberium games mostly take place way ahead in like 2020+ and the meteorite crashes into earth in 1997 or something like that.

@@friktogurg9242 Westwood originally wanted to role all the games into a single serious and EA being the dumbasses they are broke them apart due to Kane not being in RA2 but it was to be explained later in the series. The timeline is that WWII happens with the Allies winning which leads to the foundation of GDI and Nod hides in waiting, Yuri was a loyal member of Nod who escaped USSR when it fell apart and tried to use the Soviets again in Kane idea but failed, however this allowed Kane to capture Time Travel Technology from the Allies which leads to Tiberian Dawn and Sun when the Scrin begin to take interest in Earth. What was supposed to be Westwood Tiberian Wars would have GDI launching an attack on Area 51 and finding the Chronosphere there and GDI was to used it to find where Kane went which was him time traveling to WWII and then moving Yuri into position for WWIII.
because legitimacy. Kane didn't need to kill her to take over Soviet. but in return, his legitimacy will be questioned or challenged by the generals who sworn loyalty to Stalin, or those who eager to become the leader himself.
My theory is that Nadia was too eager to make Nod known to the world, and that didn't fall in line with Kane's plan. Plus, he likes to keep his subordinates on a short leash, and as they start to outlive their usefulness, he would rather dispose of them sooner rather than later. At this stage, he is likely to compartmentalize information about the true nature of the Brotherhood. The less one person knows, the less can be revealed. Nadia was getting to the stage where she was starting to know too much.

@@llSuperSnivyll unless it was cains plan for nod not to be seen yet.
This ending is more of case of you won the battle but you lost the war the allies still win it!
When i played the game as kid, scenes like this was crazy :D
kane: i am the future
cherdenko (red alert 3): (sweating)
In real life, Stalin would have had Kane and Nadia executed
Kane and Nadia knew that. Which is why they took the dictator out before he could get over his post-victory joy and went back to being his usual conniving, homicidal self.
With timetravel being a possible, I can see Kane letting history play out throughout Red alert to gain knowledge, and future events like the Scrin invasion before going back in time to ww2 to alter events for a Soviet victory to create the brotherhood and obtain scrin technology being the ultimate goal to archive ascension.
I like how kane is just standing there.
Does anyone recognize the Soviet music in the beginning of the video?
Found it:

It is Пролетарии всех стран, соединяйтесь! (Workers of the world, unite!)
I know enough russian so I was able to google the lyrics in cyrilic
Kane exists even before Tiberium era...
Well he has lived for millenia to the point where he is Cain from the Bible. In fact in Command and Conquer Renegade, you find the tomb or Abel underneath The Cairo Temple of Nod. Behind the tomb theirs even a depiction of Kane killing his brother.
gotta love these old cutscenes someone shoots a gun and no blood even when she shoots his head
And then you have something like Mortal Kombat
Still don't understand why did he shoot her?
Kane, the ultimate motherfucker villain in every story
WAIT SHE WAS NOD TOO?
Kane! You absolute madman! Stop trolling everyone!
Kane must not have ANY feeling in his hands for him to grab and take a pistol by the barrel AFTER it's been fired several times
i think that by alied victory the follow up villian is yuri because the allied soldiers see stalin lying there but then after he tells them that there is nothing there they believe him, therefore it must be yuri, thus creating red alert 2.
It's general stavros
One vision one purpose!
The technology of peace!
I just came here to watch Kane pry the pistol out of Nadias hands lol
@@zabaoth The official response is based of McCarthism because they can never have the USSR win in all RA games and expansions, ever
i feel so old
Yep. Red Alert was a good game.
*sip*
So she fired like 4 shots, and then kane can just grab the barrel without burning his hand?
He’s Kane bro
Prigozhin been watching this.
so if the allies win, it'll lead to red alert 2 universe. If the soviet win, it'll lead to tiberian universe.
I still cant get how i didnt notice fucking kane in this scene after all these years
@CrazyPatriot2011 Hurray for Soviet bloodless-but-deadly pistol technology!
Also recoiless
Bro are you still Live
Kane's suit is so hilariously 90s lol
I always wondered why Westwood decided to film this ending for the Soviets and then turn around and declare the Allies the canon ending.
@@LukaBlight69 The Soviet ending is NOT canon to Tiberium. When will this lie die?
@@LukaBlight69 This is not true. The Allied campaign is the canon ending; GDI was formed and the soviets were defeated. This failure of the USSR campaign forced Nod underground and GDI's presence kept them out of the first world, which leads to Tiberian Dawn.
In this soviet ending, Nod becomes a world power on the coat tails of the victorious USSR leading into nothing.
Can anyone explain why Kane was in red alert?
He was behind the soviets in RA1 and in this timeline a meteorite falls on earth which starts the Tiberium timeline, and in the timeline where there is no tiberium meteorite drop the red alert timeline starts. However whatever timeline it is Kane should be in both but we don't see kane in RA2 or RA3 or any red alert games, but the meteorite thing is legit because the Tiberium games mostly take place way ahead in like 2020+ and the meteorite crashes into earth in 1997 or something like that.
@@maxwellsope1080 We don't see kane in RA2 or RA3 or any red alert games, because Westwood\EA is a scrap idea with timeline and Kane, so as not to confuse the series. And they made the Tiberium series and the Red Alert series separate from each other. It's all)
@@531fox But is the first red alert a prequel to the Tiberium series?
The only time I ever sided with NOD
*as it has been written*
The future of Red Alert isn't set, but a horrible things is about to happens.
kane in tib wars: take a look, brother marcion, the face of the future! (removes cybernetic mask that only covers left side of his face)
Still I like how he let her have her revenge, and her speech. before shooting
We knew that Nod would no longer grow in Stalin`s shadow,hail....wait wrong series.
What was the point of poisoning him if they gunned him down right afterwards
Wow this was posted near my bday cool.

Why i dont take my tea with Kane sugar
How gdi Born
so thats why nod is powerful
Hey , that advisor looks awfully familiar now that I think about it. Wait a minute~
I still don't understand why Kane shot her
because legitimacy.
Kane didn't need to kill her to take over Soviet. but in return, his legitimacy will be questioned or challenged by the generals who sworn loyalty to Stalin, or those who eager to become the leader himself.
I always saw it like he felt insulted when she said "forseeable future" since Kane is the Future
She was a socialist. Kane, benevolent soul that he is, simply made her a good one.
Ironically Russians love tea just as much if not more than the English. XD
I concur
They have their giant samovars of tea all over the place! Can't go with just vodka
A continental Soviet union is our destiny!
Yeah too bad he could enjoy it for like....a day or so.
is ..... that ...... KANE??
Yes he is Stalin's advidor, this is a prequel to tiberium dawn
LotusBRgamer 1234 if it was prequel everyone would talk about tiberium and the zones its actully a sequel to the tiberium saga

But don't forget RA2's Tanya, Eva and Zofia and TS' Oxanna and Umagon. ;-)
