I am curious if you have any information on combining doses to achieve a higher dose. Example, injecting 2x2.5 to get to 5mg or a 2.5 and 5 to get to 7.5mg. I don;t think it acts the same. Was curious if you had thoughts on it. Since the shortage, I see many people doing this. I had to do 2.5x2 after one month on 5 since 5w as not available.
Many people extend dosing intervals. We are all different. Listen to your body and make sure your prescriber is aware of how you are taking it. Congratulations on your success!
I am 5, 11 and 225 and was just prescribed 2.5 for 4 wks. I tried ALLI once and stopped due to the side effects of the diarrhea and leaky bowels. Will this have similar diarrhea or like normal diarrhea where I can at least make it to the washroom?
My endocrinologist has me taking 15mg of Mounjaro, )aka( Tirzepatide. I realize that this is the same formula, ingredients and medication as, Zepbound. But, isn't Zepbound dosed higher for weight loss? I thought I saw a video last night right here on UA-cam, saying it is. Thank you!
Very informative video! This has me thinking. I too think I can stay at 5mg. Just went up to 7.5mg and it feels too restrictive. I may go down or space this dosage later as maintenance. 💉
I really wish they would not do the zepbound in those stupid syringes. I hate the surprise jab. you wait for it and you get tired of waiting. Then it jabs you. If you hate needles this is the worst.
honestly surprised that you recommend cardio over resistance training. that is very outdated, especially for those on glp-1! look up the research for yourself folks! cardio is great for heart health and high blood pressure but sucks for weight loss!
Hi Dr. Brian!! New subscriber here, excellent information. Thank you for all you do, and looking forward to your next video. 🎉🤗⭐️

Looking forward to your next video on pricing…need help with pricing.
So helpful! Wondering when I get to my goal weight will my insurance cover mantience? Prob not. Still grateful.
I’m on 5mg and feel like I can go longer than 7 days. Is there any contraindication to perhaps waiting 10 days between injections?

Can I take trazepatide if I had rny surgery in the past but gained weight again again?
yes but it says the needle is already inside there so how can we store it without the needle?

What do you mean to restrictive?
Restrictive meaning that I have no appetite to eat at all. I have to force myself to eat small bites. Heavy protein.

Oh I see. I’m on 5mg now & it seems to be working well in that regards
Thank you. & Good luck on your journey
❤ I think I will drop down to 5mg for maintenance. I’m still losing weight.
Im 5 9 amd 230, my doctor prescribed me 5 mg to start is there any concern before the first dose?
Remember, losing weight gradually and slowly is a lot healthier and longer lasting, plus you get less saggy skin if you lose slowly

He was talking about maintenance not loss
