I'm new to Reaper, I've watched ALOT of your videos over the past few months..very helpful! I'm just wanting to export my song for music distribution now. Are there any "must do's"! before i go ahead and just click 'render'? I've selected 24bit, 44100hz, but i was told to select 'dither' and 'noise shape master'. And 512pt resample mode?
@REAPERMania or anyone else you can help, I need some help! I was mixing a project and all of the sudden Reapers playback cursor stopped moving. I press play, and the little yellow bar only moves for less than a second then stays stuck where it is. I've restarted the computer, updated reaper....I'm at a loss. I have a tight deadline. Any solutions?
Hi Kenny! I would love a video about how you properly manage your projects folders. I find reaper to be a bit messy, puting everything directly into the root folder. Do you have any organize tips you could share with us ?:)
Thanks Kenny. Good overview description of the file formats. It leaves the question of applicability of the various formats (except wav and mp3 of course) somewhat vague of course. Do you know of a source of more specific information regarding this that’s geared to make clear what situations would call for the other formats and if so could you be kind enough to post a link? I’ve always wondered about this but when sending a mix to someone I always send mp3 of course and if someone is going to do anything on a mastering level (which I rarely get to) I’ll file share a wav on Drop Box. Maybe going any deeper into this isn’t really useful to me but just curious. Thanks for your always clear and illuminating instruction. You’re the man buddy! Cheers!
Other than the CD Image and DDP stuff, WAV and mp3 are going to be your most used choices. The others exist and most people already use software that suggests using them. IOW - You're probably not going to find a new use for learning about each type. But if you need one because another application wants one, now you know how to create one.
Hopefully REAPER can burn a "disc at once" format when burning a CD from the ISO file because the disc at once format is required when sending a CD to a replication company that will be producing a glass master. Also, how do we burn a CD in REAPER from the stored ISO file that REAPER creates if we choose the option not to burn a CD at the moment of creation and store the created ISO file for later use instead? I can't remember if there is a CD burning speed in REAPER (example: x2, x4, x8, x16, x32, etc) when burning a CD using REAPER. I was hoping Kenny would cover all of these topics in the CD burning video, but he did not cover those topics.
Hi Kenny, I have an MP3 file, but when I import it into Reaper it loses some of its quality compared the the original file, have you any tutorials on how I can improve the quality after I import it? Thanks
So why am I burning audio CDs in a separate package!?! Thanks Kenny, I always learn something from your videos!

@@REAPERMania I see. Thanks!
Thank You!
Cool..please follow up with a more detail run through of the CD IMAGE then Render & Burn process.
You burn CDs?
@@REAPERMania Yep, I'm old. I still like physical formats and for small distribution purposes, like bands merchandise at gigs, they still offer V.F.M.
@@raycochrane3971 Will do. Thanks.

Kenny sorry for the offtopic. Do you have a favorite theme or can I be found a theme created by you?
I only use the default.

Wavpack (.wv) 32bit float. And never look back.
