Dude thanks so much, what a simple and quick video and cool setup you hav! I salvaged one of these inside of a simple egg boiler which also explains how it functions, mine is rated at 115 degrees celcius though :D
Bizarre how the bracket is loose. It seems like it is easy for it to short circuit the terminals, or for the terminals to come into contact with the appliance chassis.
Hi and thanks for the demo. Interesting, I was under the impression the Thermostat would be open when cool and closed when heat was present. Why? Because the thermostat I have operates a fan that moves air across the condenser cooling fins of a RV (Doemetic) refrigerator. Maybe I don't have an understanding of the process by which this refrigerator operates. But anyway thanks. Back to the drawing board.
Hi man,i have a radiator heater which has broken thermostat,i want to buy the part (KSD301) on ebay but not sure what to buy,Normally open or normally close, any idea?thanks in advance
Educating myself on finding the right switch was a chore, but you make it perfectly clear. Thank you!
Nice, answered my questions in the first few seconds. Normally closed and the opening temp. Thanks man.
