  • Bucketlist trip came true: traveling to Lapland (North of Sweden & Finland) in winter with a bunch of friends to celebrate a special birthday!
Highlight of the trip was a 2-day husky sledding tour, with an overnight in a remote wilderness cabin. The rest of the week we filled our days with snow shoe walks, cross country skiing, a snowmobile tour, an ice buggy ride and lots of cosy moments with the group.
We traveled at the end of March 2022, with more daylight hours than in the midst of winter and very enjoyable weather conditions, too warm for the time of year actually. Statistically spoken, it's supposed to be one of the best times of the year to see the Northern Lights, and were we lucky!! We saw the Northern Lights several times that week. Didn't catch it on camera though but I hope the rest of the video will not dissappoint.
    Start dreaming about Lapland now...
