guess i gotta play dredge again
but i was wondering should i begin a new save or is it more fun going for all fish and research, i was also wondering do you have any fun not so hard challenge run ideas?

I would recommend beating Dredge without sleeping! You will encounter some more monsters but it is definitely manageable and a lot more fun. Also try the new DLCs if you haven't yet :)

@Matzelele nope, the things that disappear after being sold are: baisc fishing rod (the one you start the game with) and that engine you can find in wreck near Gale Cliffs
