She was very animated and easy to watch unlike some other people I watch put me to sleep 😆 But was interesting to see her point of view I recently had my property valued and I was a bit angry it came in so low compared to the real estates valuation which was high. At least I know why now in alot more detail the reasons behind it and what I can sell my PPOR for fast and it’s minimum value. Only way is up from there I guess for a more realistic sale with a marketing campaign for maximum value
Great episode, thanks. What if I hire a valuer directly to come to the property BEFORE I engage a bank, and tell me what it's worth as is and what I could do to improve the valuation of the next valuer?
Not all valuers are like Bel, you could do that but it might be more costs effective to get several appraisals from agents and see how helpful that info is
