HT Holden V8 Swap First Start up

Will It Start? We attempt to get the 253 running in this video. There is plenty of drama as I learn how not to get a newly installed engine started. The important part is we pushed through and learned more and more about what to do and also what not to do in the future. Just by chance we do this start up attempt exactly 2 years to the day since I purchased the HT. next video we WILL get the HT on the road a driving, well I hope we do?

Just bought a new starter motor and fitted my self greatfully didn't need shims. It looked similar to my 283 chev starter in my LandCruiser. My childhood car my old man built. Love what ya doing dude

@DADZGARAGE Yeah cool. I have a HK Kingswood with a 253, trimatic and I am still running the banjo in the back.
It is like yours, original wheels etc.
Is your engine modded?
Mine is just cruiser.

I believe it has a re ground cam, head work done, yella terra rocker rollers, extractors and a 650 holley that is to big. 😅😅
