I've been taking a Mushroom complex for years now to help with my Fibromyalgia, it does help.... also Tumeric, Garlic and Ginger..... Hemp oil too
But I would love this book....
I am a big big fan of herbal remedies but in this case I'd say that the best solution would be to start onto a full on keto and then transition to carnivore diet .. it will literally completely solve the issues .. taking knotweed is also a life saver but switching to a carnivore diet to remove the inflamation is key .. this doctor would be AMAZED at how the body heals when you give it what it needs ..
The info about hawthorn is great. I use turmeric in my coffee. Might sound gross, but if you mix it with cinnamon, it is a great balance of sweet and spicy.
