    I just started doing this for 3 days this week, 30 to 45 minutes each and I can already see the difference. When I touch a regular ball today, it felt like I was dribbling a ballon. The ball bounced back so fast and high whileI barely touched it

    1. 100 pounds each hand in dribble stance, pounded to waist height x2
    2. Upright stance, hard dribble both hands (no amount mentioned)
    3. Walking back and forth window wipers, 50-70 each hand

    Can you messed up your shots if you working with that ball?

      Now cuz it’s just dribbling

      It's all about the balance. Your shot will also get messed up if you don't shoot with the normal basketball and just spend time in the weight room. You still need to spend time working with the normal ball.
