"aye chhakke" dude that hit me hard, people are crucial these days. All respect to you guys.
Chhakke means gay in hindi right? What offensive about it?
@@GolgappaUwU it means a man that behaves like a woman. so, for a trans person (trans women especially) it can be very invalidating and hurtful. also, it is a slur, like the word 'faggot'. i hope that clears it up
@@GolgappaUwU firstly, it doesn't mean gay in Hindi. Being gay is not even close to being transgendered, they're two very different things.
Secondly, it's an offensive slur not a word, used as an abuse.
Guys?
@@GolgappaUwU not at all, gays and transgenders are different ,not all gay are feminine and not every feminine person is gay , and also we have Respectfull names to address them ,so its not good to use offensive slurs for any one
As an Indian Trans Man in the US, this is the first time I've seen other trans/non binary Indian people. My heart is SOOOO happy.
Honestly, IG is super inclusive for that space especially in Brown communities. I stumbled onto this video while binging and it was really affirming too. Check out Queering Desi and other profiles if you wanna see more representation!

im a 16 year old cis girl. i couldn't understand what genderfluid or non binary was until like a year ago. not understanding something doesn't give you the right to disrespect it or disregard its existence.
@@justsh934 finally a learned individual.
Your last sentence is a very wise one. Still rare in our society. If someone wants to follow something we shouldnt fight them if we cant understand it, when it doesnt harm us. We follow our own paths.
🤩😍
R. Kr. Absolutely, unless "gender fluids/non-binaries" impose their pronouns on everyone & expect the whole world to change the way we speak just to accommodate their inexistent genders.
They don't want to mess with pronouns that we already use for 'binary' people. They don't want to impose their pronouns on 'everyone', they just want us to call 'only them' by such pronouns. This is because they 'exist' simply because they genuinely feel so and go to great extremes to face hardships to be themselves. Our denial does not make them 'non-existent'.
They exist simply because they ARE THERE and feel that way. We have to just SEE or LISTEN to know this fact.

Videos like these are an absolute necessity to make people understand that LGBTQ are just as normal as straight people. The day people understand this, then the need to call them with names or make them a different community will not be needed anymore. We don't call straight people as the straight community right? So why them? THEY ARE NORMAL HUMAN BEINGS HAVING EVERY RIGHT TO BE WHO THEY ARE AND LOVE WHO THEY WANT TO. ❤️

We fully support you. Be who you are, never change!
Maybe I am wrong but this sounds more like a personality expression( masculine/ feminine/neutral) than gender
As a person who asks a lot of questions....I didn't realize people don't like being asked questions about themselves.....if a dialogue has to start between us all we have to learn to openly share details about each other with each other...that is how we will be able to understand what someonelese is going through or why they think the way they do or what kind of stuff they are dealing with and how you can help them......also I think the plus size super model was right you don't need gender reassignment to be a woman, man or whoever you were meant to be......please research carefully and see how dangerous these surgeries can be before undergoing any procedure.....We want all transgender individuals to be safe and healthy first !

Ben Shapiro wants to know your location 🤣🤣
I'm an LGBT activist myself but i have an unpopular opinion.
Fighting gender norms and stereotypes and asking to be identified as multiple genders by conforming to stereotypical gender norms just sounds very contradictory and un-sustainable to me. Hypocritical, even.
On the other hand, sexual preferences are real, gender dysphoria is real and sexual orientation is real. I fail to understand how being gender queer or non binary is something more than a mood/phase. But then again, i would never call someone out for being what they want to be and i don't have a problem with anyone. I just personally cannot bring myself to take being non binary seriously or identify it as an identity. And id love it if someone shines a different light on it
although i respect everyone their opinions and identities, i agree with u too. i somehow feel the non-binary/gender-fluid takes the issue away from the people who are actually transgender and have to deal with looking at themselves in the mirror every morning. Despite being body dysphoric myself in the past (i was overweight) i can't fathom how terrible it must feel.
Being masculine and feminine is a gender expression. Not your sex. I'm a woman and I'm pretty masculine.
@@reetikabiswas829 Phew! I thought I'd recieve a ton of hate for this
Aditi G you are speaking truth. Nobody is genderless. Its thier trait that they are masculine or not. Many straight boys are there who aren't masculine or there are girls who are masculine.
I think it is more like this: Trans people experience dysphoria because their innate gender does not coincide with their birth gender. Similarly, a gender fluid or non-binary person's feeling of dysphoria can be towards both male and female gender, or change between one or the other constantly. Just like being trans is not a 'mood' as it is not under their control, neither is the type of dysphoria they experience.
I'm not gender-fluid, but if you'd like to look at a gender-fluid person's perspective on this, you could look at this video :)
ua-cam.com/video/PACFGbh6Kcc/v-deo.html
Hi! So, being a non-binary person, let me shed some light only point of view on this. I know that gender stereotypes are an unnecessary framework enforced upon us by the society. But on the other hand this understanding does not stop me from being a non binary person. It is because there is a difference between gender presentation and gender identity. I know I can present myself anyway I want, and do anything I want without being enslaved by gender norms, but I still cannot view my gender as my sex. It is more to do with who I am than how I am. I hope you have a better understanding of the non-binary side of the community by this explanation. Have a nice day. :D
ALL of you are such beautiful human beings, YOUR community are behind you! 🤘🙌
Bidisha get's me every time with the *transphobic stare* at the beginning of the video, your on point my friend 🙌😂
We all familiar with the prejudice state all too often unfortunately :( X
I hate why we as people feel to put everyone in a certain category that has specific guidelines and if someone does not fit in that guideline instead of getting to know them , we start hating the person. I hate that we are not curious and accepting of the unknown , we must start getting to know the unknown rather than brushing them away, why do we need terms like straight, gay, lesbian, transgender, queer, etc. We forget that in the end no matter what , everyone belongs to a greater group that we believe in thats HUMANITY. lets stop hating and start loving . #stopthehate
