The 60's was my time in the Boy Scouts. What a great time we had. In still have my mess kit, it has a plastic cup. I also have the knife, fork and spoon in the holder. My pack is different. Maybe I'll go camping this weekend and work on a couple merit badges.
Vintage is just a way for the sellers to charge more for it, only old as you feel and thats why i'm doing the cooking to make me feel young again but this time without being stupid-er lol.
Great kit! Should be interesting learning to cook on thin aluminum pans without burning. The Scouts were a pillar in raising boys into real men. Too bad for America now. Take care.
