My childhood! This song was on the radio when I was about 7 years old! It was awesome! I've found it again, some 20 years later!! So many memories flooding back!!
I remember being 12 years old and getting sick of this music being played "all the time" on the radio during my family's summer roadtrip in Germany. Now, I hear it again after all these years, get a nostalgic feeling (in the most positive sense possible) and remember that roadtrip with fondness. A soundtrack to that part of my life.
Right! I'm not into saying the past was better, thats just perspective but OMG the 90's had the happiest songs about, and silly ones too (push the little daisies, Blue, Detachable Penis, I'm too sexy, Barbie Girl, Supermodel, work! etc etc) there seems to be a lot less joy about music now and that sux, but there's still EDM so at least some people are are dancing their way through this decade.
