A friend/coworker used to feed me this occasionally. Took me forever to figure out what it was called. Now I can make my own... assuming I can find the ingredients. I think the version I had had coconut flakes in the topping.

It would have been coconut cream cooked until it separates. The curdles are what she put on top... We don't put coconut flakes.
