@@jriegerco it’s 2oz of gin, .75oz orgeat, 1oz lemon juice, 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters, shaken over ice, strain into coupe and garnished with lemon twist
@erikpapke9269 prodigious! :) I don't think you can add to much lemon with all those notes, depends on the palatte I suppose...but that recipe sounds like: a dug "foxhole" of delight; while poetically looking for tracers, and writings in the night's sky... I'll try it out. But if you ever market it...there's a line for fun to add to " gin mix history😂... ...with a waft of passing souls...gassing out of self indulgence. Let the recipes be markers.
I'm in love with the five-gallon copper pot still in the background. If you run it super-slow, you'll get some wonderful distillate from it, but most folks put way too much heat into small stills like that.
Of course! It was purchased here www.southernlabware.com/liebig-condenser-distillation-kit-complete-500ml.html and the heating mantle is 500ml and those you can pick up on amazon!
Made an Army Navy with your gin tonight, very tasty
Would love to hear your recipe! Thanks Erik

Hi! May I ask where can you get the small distillation equipment you used in this video? Thanks!
