Just saying, your videos convinced me into buying the S7+. Best decision I've made 100%. I've been using it in college and it's been a complete game changer in my A&P classes. Can't wait to be able to just take those notes with me to uni in September for Paramedic Science and use them as refreshers wherever I need them👍 Keep up the great work in University and with UA-cam!
Thank you so much for the support! I'm so glad you choose the tab s7+ as your main digital tool! Its sooo underrated and definitely a gamechnager in the world of tabs! Goodluck with your studies!😁
When i take notes i put the main headings on the first page using the keyboard and font size set at 18. This way when i want to find a subtopic from the main folder view i just hover the s pen over the note and am able to see all the subtopics ( main headings ), i.e. the first page. This way i can even search a note using the search button.
Hey thete H.S. TV thanks for the tips BUT there is a really really good advice for Drawing anything with less time THAN the one you presented and I use it all the time WHICH IS: • After when you smart select a photo save it and go to Gallery and then put a Popup Window of Samsung Notes and then Resize the window on the site of drawing of the picture and then Make the Transparency of the Window zero and start drawing OR draw it on a new File and then copy it to the file you need to transfer to it. THATS ALL 😊
Have got two new video ideas for you Is the tab s7 plus still an option since s8 plus just released and prices are low for the former? Are you facing any heating issue with the device?
Thank you for the video ideas:) Short answers- The tab s7+ in my opinion is more worth it that'll the s8 series. S7 series was a gamechanger and worth the money. S8 seems to be a rip off with very little upgrade. And for your second question- I have not really experienced heating issues with my tab, only sometimes when I use it for long hours. Its not really something that bothers me. I hope this helps, keep a look out for the videos for a more in depth explanation:)
Digital is definitely the way to go! Great organisation and really nice to use! I've personally not faced eye strain issues as I normally try to take short breaks away from screens. Techniques like this can help, I wouldn't say this is a make or break point. Digital note taking os the future:)
I remember watching one your vids and you were recommending some medical related books that we could read that would look good on our personal statement. I can’t find the vid but can u please list the books you read. Thanks 😊
Yes! So firstly any books that give you an insight to medical careers are good to talk about in personal statements and interviews. I read 'This is going to hurt' by Adam Kay, he gives a very good picture of he reality of working in the NHS. I also read 'Heart a History' by Sandeep Jauhar, this was mainly because I'm interested in cardiology. If you also like a certain specialty, reading up on that can also be nice. Also watch shows! I recommend 'Surgeons at the edge of life'. Hope this helps! Goodluck:)
I didn't understand how you draw the shapes without the shape tool! Sometimes I use my s pen and the writing turned into shape and this is annoying... I want to know how!
So without the shape tool selected, if you draw a shape and lift your s pen off quickly then it will stay as a free hand shape. If you keep the s pen on the screen after drawing the shape it will auto convert to a perfect shape. I hope that makes sense!! Goodluck:)
There probably isn't going to be one!😅. I think the S7 series was a gamechanger, the S8 is a rip off and not worth the money! Just my opinion on this!😁
@@HSTVoffcial I think whether the S8 is worth it or not depends where one is coming from. For me, I came from a S6 Lite 2020. I was considering the S6 Lite 2022 but not enough upside to it and got a fantastic trade in value from Samsung ($100 more than I paid for my S6) and paid $599 (US) for the S8 Plus. Back to your Videos. Fantastic. I'm not a medical student. Just someone who uses S-Pen and Samsung Notes a lot. I learned so much. I use it to take technical notes for my weekly team meetings. I am now a follower and look forward to more excellent videos!
You can sort them by last date modified/ title/ date created etc. You can also have favourites too. However, there isn't really a way to rearrange notes to you liking unfortunately. That's why when I upload my lecture slides, I do them in an order that makes sense for me.
I am having to move my old notes to a new note taker. Question for Samsung notes. 1. Can words in Titles and or words in the file be searched for quick finding? I have 3000 files 250 folders.2. Can you share to email or print?
Apologies for the delayed reply! To answer your first question, yes you can search for typed or handwritten text, including titles, it's fairly accurate most of the time! To answer your 2nd question, you can share to print or also export in a variety of formats including pdf, word file etc. Hope that helps!😊
@@HSTVoffcial when I've created a note and later realize I want to add something. Then how do I get extra space between the lines. so how do i move the lines apart. Thanks for your help.
100%, if I liked ipads better my channel would be centred around ipads😂 However, I think it depends on your ecosystem of devices and which tablet would work best for you.
I think for me personally, the Samsung tab fits my ecosystem better than any ipad could. I agree samsung still has a long way to go to perfect samsung notes, but it genuinely does the job I need!
The tab s8 series as a whole in my opinion has very little upgraded features. The 12.4 inch screen on my tab s7+ is perfect, smaller than a laptop and great size for note taking, portable, easy to fit in my bag. The S8 ultra is too big in my opinion, they should've at least added more ports to make it like a mini notebook instead of large tab. Tab s7 series will always be a game changer for me!😁
Others focus on aesthetics but you focus on utility. Very good
Thanks for watching!🙏😄

Great video. Does the android tablet version of the software have the same functionality as the PC version?
Yes for sure, in fact the features run more smoothly on tablet than pc:)

Open samsung notes > click 3 lines at top left > click settings icon > click page style and template > individual pages.
