    Does anyone else really love cheese?
    I live the traditional methods, but also appreciate the scale of the automated version.
    Either way, I now want a cheese and onion sandwich!

    I really enjoyed the video. My favourite bit was when they separate the curds from the whey. That was good. Here is a list of cheese that I enjoy: cheddar, feta, parmesan, babybel.

    Sounded like this video was sponsored by the creamery

    • @TheMovement85
      @TheMovement85 10 років тому

      considering the creamery was sold before this film was released, its doubtful they had any hand in it.

      pete smith I cant take your word for any of it.
      I do read peer reviewed scientific research all the time and I have never read anything about calcium from dairy causing atherosclerosis. Same goes for the idea that calcium from plant matter being more easily assimilated by the body than that from animal sources.

    If thats what you are looking for try searching under 'horrible welfare conditions for poor cows' rather than 'making cheese'

    Sorry but the industrially made cheese is NOT as good as the farmer's cheese. And the fact that it "matures" always in plastic defines it very clearly. Even the guy of the Creamery cheese says that there is a difference.

    No mention of the horrible welfare conditions the poor cows are kept in to produce this cheese.

  • @OverRosie
    @OverRosie 8 років тому +1

    Think it's safe to say the narrator loves cheese. However, "the longer they're kept, the tastier they will be" is an opinion, not a fact haha :)

    • @frankrbae
      @frankrbae 8 років тому

      +Rosie Bell Not in this case. "Tastier" refers to the richness of the taste - hence the longer they're kept, the "tastier" they get :)

    English cheese is more like plastic than cheese.
