But the real adventure begins when we head out to sea! We join Captain Hooks for a thrilling snorkeling excursion in the crystal-clear waters of the Florida Keys. With colorful fish and coral reefs around us, we felt like we were transported to a new world. It's a truly magical experience that we'll never forget.
Back on land, we did some geocaching, a fun and interactive treasure hunt that took us through the park's lush and scenic trails. We discover hidden treasures and take in the stunning natural beauty of Bahia Honda State Park. Its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and swaying palms make it a true paradise on Earth.
Finally, we wrap up our adventure with a visit to Fort DeSoto, a historic fort that dates back to the Spanish-American War. We explore the fort's fascinating history and take in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its ramparts.
