Next time you’re in the USA, come to Texas. We’re on the Gulf, have great weather, hundreds of things to do, friendly people, great food and many state parks and inexpensive camping areas!
Our best friends live in Dallas, we are definitely coming over at some point !

I used to live near there in the seventies I remember driving across the top of the old railroad many times before the new concrete bridge was built I remember in 72-73 when the new bridge was built thanks

Beautiful pace! Don’t forget to use disposable gloves when working with emptying tanks, just Incase it goes wrong, Try keeping baking soda in the refrigerator to keep smells down. I hope that helps the smell. Enjoy your travels here.

Your in my neck of the woods. Im in south florida. Came here 33 years ago from England 🇬🇧 and fell in love. We are going to the keyes in October in state parks. I won't pay for a private park at those prices. Love florida ❤

It’s obviously too late but when I’ve had fridge problems, I put ice in the crisper. The fridge ends up being used like a cooler.
Also, instead of chicken stock when travelling, bullion cubes are an alternative.

Also, most American grocery stores also carry chicken stock/broth in small cans…about the size of a soup can. I second the ice in the crisper drawer. You could also buy a cheap styrofoam cooler, put ice in it and store it in the fridge.
I love this idea, but I think the crisper drawer was cracked, so the melted water would have just leaked out for a whole new set of dramas! I do love this tip though x

I’ve no idea what your location is in real time, but Key West itself is a really nice spot. Very chilled. Chickens literally strolling around the streets. Kelly’s Caribbean bar/grill (Top Gun fame). Lovely town to cycle around.
There’s businesses along the keys that offer you opportunity to swim with dolphins (Captive). Please don’t. I’ve visited Taiji, Japan where dolphins are captured to supply these businesses. It’s all bad.
Disregard Key West reference. I’d typed that while half way through the video. You’ve definitely been and gone at this stage.

Don’t know if anyone mentioned it, but try putting a couple of packages of baking soda in the fridge to absorb the smell in your fridge. But that won’t fix the cooling problem.

I had the insta360 one x2 and quite fancy the insta360 x3 but they are expensive and I won’t use it a great deal so can’t quite justify throwing almost £500 down on something I won’t use much, but if you need a 360 camera look at the x3 or even it’s bigger brother the insta360 one rs with the 1 inch sensor amzn.to/3wBI8RF

I I really hope you have submitted a claim for compensation with cruise America and they give you either a full refund or a decent amount of compensation because that is not acceptable what condition that campervan is in infact it’s shocking.

It was basically an cupboard, so it didn’t make too much difference 🤣🤣
I think with the poorly performing fridge, I would have bought a 12v chest fridge/freezer for about $1,000 then billed the rental company. Its not safe or acceptable to not have adequate refrigeration. I would have risked not getting refunded on it, and maybe get it shipped back afterwards.
It probably would have been worth more than the Van!

This is nothing against the vids but I don’t think it looks that great the motorhome looks really dated and the no fridge in those temps is aweful plus the price of sites is crazy and by what u are saying those are the cheap sites again love the vids but at no point do I think I wish I was there
I totally understand your thoughts! Weirdly the RV is only a year old, it’s a style that Cruise America buy in bulk. As for the campsite prices, the Florida Keys are huge Tourist Attractions and we were there at Peak season. Hang in there and you will get an idea of the true cost of “Holiday Parks”.
