@@Xerxez_Official Made In Russia, Baba Yaga, BoneBreaker, Bratva, Agony are my favs from the album. But this breakdown is too much, so slow and nasty...its gone straight to the top for me as my favorite STP track.
@@DarkestVoid With all due respect, I think this is my favorite. The other one I can think so is As the Vultures Circle, which is from a long while ago when Alex was much younger.
I really like the Nu-Metal influences in deathcore. Slaughter does it really well. The problem for me with deathcore right now is the lack of variety with riffs. Everyone is trying to be as heavy as possible which really waters down the genre but Slaughter is able to be heavy while incorporating Nu-metal of all genres and still sounding awesome. Need more creativity like that
This song kicks ass!! The primal energy of this song makes me feel like I could demolish a house with my bare hands lol, Slaughter To Prevail is my favorite Deathcore band, Kostolom was AOTY for me in 2021! Can't wait for a new album, I heard it will be around January/February of 2024, it'll be a nice birthday present because my birthday is February 9th. Great reaction guys! 🤘🤘🤙🤙
I remember watching the live versions that people upload before this song came out. I remember going wow this sounds incredible. But this studio mix is fucking incredible. Love this band till I die. Love the reactions as always ❤️❤️🔥🔥 Forgot to mention I saw a video about Alex saying a new album is in the works and should be out by January February next year.
I love this band!!! Amazing song!! I agree this song makes you proud to be a metalhead. Songs like this,is what and why metal is is the best in music. Video is absolutely fantastic. Love that primal, gutteral vocal style he has. I love their sound. You can hear their influences, but still true to their own sound. Awesome reaction as always!
Damn dude. These guys are insane. It reminds me of when slipknot hit the scene. Just saw them live and they destroyed it. One of my favorite live shows in years
My metal-vet brothers, another great video!! Keep on rocking!! 🤘🤘🍻🤘🤘 Monstrous, glorious, family-friendly, non-woke brutality!! The man-bear, Alex Terrible, speaks again!!
Genre: Russian-core Definition: Slaughter To Prevail, Ya know, I was curious to hear how low a Grizzly bear can growl. I was not impressed... 'cause Alex Terrible.
Seriously, at first, this type of music, it didn’t mean much to me, I was more in power metal, symphonic, viking and it’s thanks to bands like Fleshgod Apocalypse, Bloodywood, Slipknot, The Hu that I really began to appreciate the sick grawls, and sincerely, Alex is a real vocal roller coaster, and Evgeny on drums is a virtuoso! I appreciate more and more this type of metal, the dense and extremely impressive lyrical and musical construction is a real happiness for my ears! STP is one of the most powerful bands of the moment! And what is too cool with these people is the extreme kindness they have! They really love their audience! PLEASE is a real metal wonder!! Kisses to you and thank you for this reaction ! 🤘🖤🤘🖤🤘
I agree 100 with the nu core tie in of sound. The minor high notes towards the ends had me those vibes. Love the incorporation while keeping it new and their own vibe.
What I really like about Slaughter to Prevail is they not just go for the technicality, they also heavy and groovy. Most modern deathcore just becoming so technical that I hardly enjoy it. Just my personal opinion.
Glad you guys actually enjoyed it. Considering the amount of ones you sh*t on. Like you can do better than most lol just saying. All love just being honest.
Saw them at one of these concerts from the video a few months back. Before playing this song Alex mentioned they had 2 new songs written and were planning on writing a new album to hopefully be released later this year. Not sure if it's still going along that timeline, but they are working on it to some extent. This song has such a catchy groove to it aside from being heavy and it hits hard live too.
I think it's because they put in small parts of songs from the Kostolom album in general. I noted elements from Baba Yaga, Bratva and Zavali Ebalo too.
this might be their best song yet
It’s really good but half the songs on Kostolom are better.

You haven't heard Terrasite yet I'm assuming?
@@user-df1qw1zi2c Cattle isn't deathcore
@@cokejones Not deathcore, but definitely hugely influential on the genre.
This song is pure savagery and I love it.

That ending tempo change is just disgustingly fucking brutal

Good work...
That hat is sick brother where did you pick that up? Great video!
It's just a plain hat from Lids.
Monasteries - Alone And Against is my track of the year the song is unbelievable
Super heavy! Great reaction. What happened to your Knocked Loose reaction?
Looks like it got blocked
Alex himself said that slipknot was a quite the influence for them. So it’s natural to hear that.

also ...album in semte,mer
Its more Death Metal style riffing now which destroys

What?

NO where ...you guys can not do it
Slaughter to Prevail is the new Slipknot. Orbit Culture is the new Metallica. Lamb of God is the new Pantera! Am I wrong???
STP checklist:
Bangin' intro? ✔
Crazy drums? ✔
Insane gutterals? ✔
Catchy chorus? ✔
Amazing breakdown? ✔
Pure insanity? ✔
Conclusion: It's one of their best songs yet.
There's definitely an album coming. Heard this song live in April and Alex mentioned end of year or beginning of next year is what they're aiming for
So FUCKING good!!!
Alex is a fcking beast

This is probably heavier than the universe!
Könnt ihr bitte ein übersetzer rein machen ihn das Video
Schade das sie nie ihn Deutschland sind
I love this song but I'm already pissed at people (like with Lorna) saying they are 'saving' or 'reinventing' the Deathcore genre. Like come on
The gravity blast section and the drums in the breakdown were a little samey as demolisher but it didn't ruin the song. It was a great track.
I think it's because they put in small parts of songs from the Kostolom album in general.
I noted elements from Baba Yaga, Bratva and Zavali Ebalo too.
thx for reaction😁 you are best 😁
Song needs more cowbell
Thanks 😈

i love the amon amarth shirt... their songs are in my gym playlist

Video was well done,I mean great song but it didn't give me that goose bumps like some of the other stuff they've done, sounded like Demolisher part 2
