Black Cat and Spider-Woman hooked me through their crossover/tie-in issues with King In Black. I bought the initial trades to catch up and have been reading both stories through their monthly single issues... Great books!

I have all of the tomb of dracula complete collection volumes and they actually include more issues than are in the omnibus volumes. So im glad I actually bought these instead so i get the full story!
I was hoping they would include the 6 issue magazine run of Tomb of Dracula which ran after the comic series had finished. It picks up where the series left off. It's collected in TofD omnibus vol 3 but no where else. Unless there will be Complete Collection vol 6?
That was actually a mini-project last month with me, my girlfriend & my brother -- we mapped out a 2 volume omnibus set of Black Cat that included a lot of 70s/80s Spider-Man in the Vol. 1, also the original 4-issue miniseries. The Vol. 2 would begin with "The Evil That Men Do" by Kevin Smith, then Wolverine/Black Cat: Claws I & II, then have the Power Man & Iron Fist issues she was in, Silk, etc. Then the entire Jed MacKay series. Finishing off with Infinite Destinies & Giant-Size Black Cat #1. Alternately it could end with this month's Giant-Size Mary Jane & the Black Cat #1 but we dunno what it's gonna be about, so...
@@gabrielcarrasco8414It is. You haven't read the last few issues of the series, it was a great (sad but also fitting) end. Giant-Size Black Cat #1 ended the series, unfortunately. Whether Giant-Size Black Cat & Mary Jane will be an epilogue or kick off another series remains to be seen.
@@gabrielcarrasco8414I mean, personally, after being disappointed in how The Amazing Mary Jane ended abruptly because of covid, I wouldn't mind if they launched a team-up series for her 🤷 especially if it kicks off with Black Cat. That would be awesome.
I'll be reading Immortal Hulk in the four Panini "Omnibus" thick trades shortly, have the first three in the post and the last one is out next month. Contents on the last one sound less generous than the preceding books with 41-50 on the solicitation info, but #50 being giant sized goes some way to make up the page count. Will probably pick up Gamma Flight as a companion.
Im kinda hoping they do epic collections of John Byrnes run of FF, as I am tempted to buy this MM because I love this Annihilus story arc, but I find they are fairly expensive.
They'll get to the ECs eventually. They could always reprint the omnibus too, I dunno, if they reprint the Omni before they get to the ECs I might buy it & then fill in the gaps around it with the ECs anyway -- that's the problem with creator-centric omnis, you're always missing fill-in issues or extended runs of other authors in between. ECs might be the best route to go for this era of F4.
@@Matthew.E.Kelly. That is kinda my thinking, I really like Fantastic Four Negative Zone stories specifically since the Lee/Kirby era, but id rather just get it included in an Epic format and pay less, these MM collections are close to a 100$ in my country, so thanks for the advice!

They'll reprint the omnibus a few times probably 😎 then the complete collections again. It has gotten pretty difficult to get these apart from the graphic novel-size printing they did a few years ago -- I see all 5 of them in used/remainder bins quite a lot but don't really want them. If the art is that tiny the lettering is WAY too tiny & I can't justify buying those little books.
Are the new printings of Uncanny x-men omnibus 2 close to selling out? Surprisingly, hard to find up here in Canada for a decent price. Instocktrades didn't get any as far as I can tell. :(
Reading black cat.. Reverse question since i don't like to double dip and here in Italy panini is pubblishing black cat and Miles Morales in a different way.. You don't Need to read the whole infinity Destiny to understand the stories for those characters.. but do you Need to read the infinity destinies stories teo follow the character stories? I mean.. can you skip these giant size altoghether or do you miss something important for Felicia and Miles?

With how much Ewing plays with themes of philosophy, literature and what not, having some annotated notes would also be AMAZING… though I don’t think they’d ever do something like that.

Pretty sure there's enough material for a 700-800 page mini for Black Cat. Probably a good bet we'll get a Black Cat omni before a Man of Steel one.

There’s a really awesome book by taschen which has amazing fantasy and the first 20 issues of amazing Spider-Man and it looks amazing
