The Genesis version of Mortal Kombat 3 is not that bad.The graphics are pretty good,as is the sound.The only bad thing about this game though,is it's VERY VERY hard to play with a three button controller.

If you were hell bent on not getting a 6 button controller after street fighter 2 came out, you've only got yourself to blame. There were a lot of 6 button controllers on the market back then.
Why would the Master tower in this video have you fight Shang Tsung twice? First in Stage 3 after you battle Liu Kang, and second in Stage 8 after you battle Sektor.

Better comparison of SNES/Genesis than the last 2 MK titles. Mk1/Mk2 were done by different developers. It was like comparing the Aladin games. Genesis won that one because the makers of the movie helped develop the Megadrive version.

La verdad la versión de Genesis de MK3 es bastante fiel al Arcade. Tiene la mayoría de efectos de sonido, escenarios solo faltan El cementerio, el portal rojo y noob's dorfen, tiene todos los finishers, personajes, historia. UMK3 de Génesis si está muy incompleto, le faltan muchos efectos de sonido, muchos escenarios, animalities, Sheeva (aunque tiene a Noob Saibot y Rain) , gráficamente es bastante inferior al Arcade.
