    Blue magic will bring edges back to. ❤ The weigh down will go away after a day and it will be flowing. The best silk press that will make hair grow like crazy.

    I grew up in a the 60’s.. and Blue Magic, ROYAL CROWN AND VASELINE was the best growth, hydration and edge control you could ever have .. Hell it was the only thing we had my mom would dip that brush in water apply that grease of choice and your hair would be laid for at least a week. With that method you couldn’t tell if a person had a Perm ( back in the day terminology) or natural.. 😂😂… and you didn’t have to get a second JOB !! To afford it.!!!,
    Now now, you have to know , Porosity and all that stuff.. IN THE 60’s we all had the same POROSITY AND OUR HAIR WAS DOWN OUR BACKS.. SO THE BASIC IS STILL GOOD IN MY BOOK.. 😊
    Your hair is beautiful.!!!

    You did a great job baby girl!! I’m ole school and I also use grease to press my hair. I am mainly full grey and relaxed, but that grease keeps hair on my head long and thick. ❤️🤗🥰🙏🏽😃

      It’s my passion so it’s so simple to share the journey with you all. Deciding to actually join UA-cam was the drawback but I’m happy I took a leap of faith and started 😌. I love it here

    It looks great. I’ve always loved Blue Magic, but I don’t regularly use it because “people” say petrochemicals are bad. At this point everything is bad. 😏

      I love how moisturized my hair feels right now from the grease. With the serum it usually feels dry and feather like.

    Hair turned out great! What are u using for your edges? The "Orginal(hair density) "& "Rosemary" oil will grow them back . 👌

      I use different oils and massaging techniques on my edges they have been sparse for about 25yrs lol then dealing with postpartum 2 years in a row from two pregnancies back to back. I have to be patient when it comes to the growing back honestly

    • @sheilamiller1064
      @sheilamiller1064 19 днів тому

      Yes, I had the same issue. Those things plus scalp massaging grew mine right on back. Your hair is beautiful. ☺️ Keep up the good work👌.

    Heat protectant and grease?

    • @being_anitalovett
      @being_anitalovett  18 днів тому +1

      Absolutely. I apply the heat protectant when my hair is wet before blow drying . And the grease act as a serum for the pressing
