Ep. 7: Come Run With Me on the Shanghai Bund

I made a trip out to the banks of the Huangpu river for this week's long run. The run itself didn't quite go to plan, but it was nice to get out and enjoy a change of scenery, as well as a run along one of Shanghai's most iconic landmarks.
