Wish you woulda caught them in the act, Joseph! Sorry man. I've heard that the smog shop is supposed to check the part number on the cat or something, but they don't always. I might luck out for a couple smog cycles. But for the cheap cost of doing it this way, maybe that just buys me time to budget for the factory part that CA requires. Good luck to ya
@@makeitsnappy6697 yeah so I decided to bite the bullet and get the catalytic converter and the O2 sensor with the gaskets overall cost me $2,200 and I installed it myself and it took about an hour but I'm back to normal and I'm going to install a cat Shield tomorrow
