I sold my lift like that and do all my stuff out in the yard there's no space in the shed and use logs and concrete blocks i paid 75 for my mower lift jack and sold it for that i originally bought it from a yard sell
I currently use a jack and lower my 1/2” deck onto jack stands. My 60” exmark weighs over 1000#’s. It does not roll that easy by hand. I assume most of the weight is on the rear wheels.

No it doesn’t. The rear wheels are just too fat to fit in the holders.

Try picking it up from the front wheels instead of the rear.
