But sir I have a query a perticular subject of a perticular group on same time slot on every day like Hindi subject of 9th B class daily a fix period ( period koi bhi ho but daily same time pe ho)

hi, i am currently working on a project on FET. I need to add a break after each class but not all the classes has the same break time. So how can i add a constraint like; after each class 1 hour break ? please can you help me?

Problem = Suppose there are 2 sections with 2 different optional subjects in a class. So how 2 teachers can take class in 2 section combining students at the same time?
Add one subject to section 1 and other subject to section 2 with required number of activities per week. Then use the constraint "two activities has same day and hour" for each activity.

A subject comes twice a day. what will do
Generally TTs are prepared on weekly basis, say 5 days per week. If any subject is occuring 2 times a day, means total weekly activities are 2×5 = 10, Now you simply add 5 activities of that subject twice keeping minimum days per week as 1. now you can also keep them separated by minimum duration by using constraints.
How to add activity like practical where three groups of students studies three different subjects at three different places?
Let we have a group 'A' . Divide this group into three sub-groups say A1, A2, A3. Now add three different activities (practical) having above three groups. If you need same time slot you can use the time constraint: activIties having same start time or three activities are overlapping etc

How can i add the constraint one teacher has the one subject, same hour everyday. Eg.: Teacher 1 has 1st period as English everyday
You can use: Data -Time constraints - Activities -A set of activities has a set of preferred time slots. After that cross every slot except first slot every day.
Or maybe a bit better: FET -> Data -> Timeconstraints -> A set of activities has same starting time.
Educational Videos how to assign class teachers...and suppose a particular period I want to assign to a particular teacher then how to do that?
Go to Data -> Modify sub-activities. Here you can edit each activity and can change/assign the teacher to any activity. For class teacher you can change the class name as e.g. Name of class (Class teacher name). May be one of the solution .

Can we convert FET to pdf
Yes you can print timetables in pdf. All timetables are stored as html in output directory. You can print it as pdf.
