What if the pt has a catheter and is not able to urinate after the urofkow is started do you stop the uroflow or just clear and start with the rest of the test

I have Urodynamics every second year and my next one is due in eight days time.Lying on the bed dressed in a white gown with a catheter inserted in my penis and going into my bladder and another catheter inserted in to my bottom, it felt uncomfortable a couple times I had it done but till now I have so many done I'm just used to it all!

I failed to empty once. I can't urinate standing up, except sitting down. What do I do now? Please suggest. I have been suffering from overactive bladder for 11 years.
