Hello everyone! I hope you're all enjoying this time before the holidays. Let me know which of these ornaments is your favorite and if you have DIYed your own this year :)
YAAASS! Girl, seriously those look soooo GOOD on my tree!! if you don't have such ornaments already to DIY, get yours from Amazon. I bought mine last year and they were probably like $10 for a whole box full.
Love these projects, and I wanted to let you know I subscribed in part due to the classy and gracious way you responded about the content “borrow” another of your followers alerted you to!
😁😁😁 I am glad so many people understand it! Cats are the best thing, but for sure they can be a little mischievous. Thank you for your support and for stopping by. It means a lot to me 🥰
These are stunning. Not cutsy, just elegant. I love the color choices and your techniques adding baking soda for texture and depth. I love farm house decorations and made a lot of them for our tree. These will add so much to making our tree look beautiful. Thanks so much, Ginger
The mercury-glass ones, are surely very stylish, especially when you hang them on a lit Christmas tree, cause the warm light shines through making them really look like aged glass. Thank you so much for stopping by :)
My favorite is the mercury glass, I've never seen it done with so many different colors, but I LOVE the result. I do plan to try this technique, thank you for the great tutorial.
Can’t believe you’re wearing a white top to do your ornaments! I’m such a slob, I have an old cotton print top I put on over my regular clothes to do all my crafts! 😏😏😏😄😄😄
Ok WOW!!!! I have been binge watching DIY Christmas ornaments videos for a month, and your video was the most creative, had the most variety of styles, and your ornaments hands down had the absolute best, most stunning results out of the dozens, maybe even hundreds of videos I’ve watched. This was perfect. Your directions, choices of styles, and end results are absolute perfection!!! I’m so grateful and thrilled to have finally found THE video that I needed to watch in order to create all of the beautiful styles of ornaments I have been dreaming of having on my Christmas trees this year and for many years to come. Huge thank you to you!!! Edit: of COURSE I subscribed!!
OH MY, YOU ARE SO NICE!!! Thank you so so so very much!!! This youtube thing is very new to me still but I am trying to offer the best help I can and be entertaining while somewhat educational. t takes me a long time to film all of the videos, and because of that, I try to offer as much content with good results as possible, so that I am not wasting people's time. Your feedback means the world to me and I appreciate the time you took out of your day to write such a nice comment! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
@@littlewhitedoor You are very welcome! I meant it sincerely. I truly believe you have found your niche! Please keep putting out content and I will watch; I’m sure many, many people will!! Be well!
I totally agree! this is the video I have been waiting for. I really love the different styles and the instruction were easy to understand! Great comment Nora, I am with you!
@@mnichols180 Thank you! Oh my goodness, this is so heartwarming! It makes me so happy to read this and also to see that was a response to another subscriber's comment! Just wonderful! Thank you so so so much!
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! I am keeping mine in a black glass bowl on my console table and that rich moodiness is the perfect addition to a house filled with neutral colors! Thank you, thank you!
Hi! I love the mercury glass and velvet! And I’m definitely going to try all of them! I have made ornaments with coffee-stained cloth strips, sweater ornaments from thrifted sweaters and yarn ornaments!!
Wow...love these ornaments!! The definitely don't look like they are plastic!! I love to change looks on my trees each year so these are definitely a must try!! Thank you so much for sharing!! 😍😍😍❤❤❤
Awww, thank you for stopping by! I swear by these. Like, everyone that comes to my home thinks I bought them at pottery barn or somewhere fancy.. but nope.. plastic, super cheap, but suuuper good looking! A must-try if you like the style for sure!! Make sure to subscribe and ring the bell, so you get notified when I upload new videos and DIYs! I am excited to have you here!!
Alla, you can't even grasp how much that means to me to read! I watch a ton of youtube videos myself and when I started my channel I was terrified that my content was just going to be the ugly copycat of other channels, with nothing interesting to share, so I am doing my very best to offer content that is a bit different and personalized. Thank you for stopping by
I love your nickname "ArtMaker Forever", I mean soul sisters (or soul brothers, I guess)!!! Thank you so much for subscribing and I hope to keep you inspired and entertained ❤
These are beautiful! My favorites are the Victorian ones and the deeper-colored ones at the end. I'm decorating my tree in black and white, with accents of gold and aubergine. You have given me some wonderful ideas. Thank you!
Thank you, Shannon! I definitely love the Victorian too! They are on my Christmas tree alongside the amber glass ones. I am happy that you got some inspo to make your own and I am sure you will create some amazing masterpieces for your Christmas!!
ahahah thank you for saying that. Filming the process of each and every one of these was definitely testing my patience, but I'd do it all over again for the results.
AHAHAH amazing, I was wondering if anyone was ever going to notice the struggle I went through to hold those ornaments with my claws LOL. BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH! I like my nails to be curated and even if I get my hands dirty all the time with my projects at least I like to look stylish in the process LOL. Anyways, thank you so much for the compliment about the ornaments, it means a lot to hear from all of you that these are different than most, because as a young channel I am definitely trying to give you my best!
Actually can't puck a favorite - liked them all. Excellent tutorial and really appreciated that you told us how long you waited in-between steps. Merry Christmas to you and your family and wishing you a very happy, healthy, & prosperous new year!
Hey Gail, Thank you so so much for the insight! I thought it was repetitive to share (half an hour later, half an hour, one hour LOL), but I also figured you know?! might as well let them know. Keep in mind, however, that the wait time can variate a great deal also based on where you live. Cause, I live in LA and it's quite hot all the time so that changes things if someone is from a much more humid or wet place. Sending lots of happy holidays wishes your way too! 🥰
💝💝💝 Thank you so much!!! Well, the amber glass are probably my very favorite.. it’s hard because I like them all, but if I may be honest, the amber glass, the concrete and the Victorian are on my tree 🙂
Just found your channel. I absolutely love every ornament. They are all stunning. Can’t wait to binge your other videos❤❤Will definitely try all of these techniques❣️❣️
Those are some really great crafts. I think I might have to try them all. But I love working with spray paint, so that will be the first project. Thanks!
❤❤❤ I love spray paints too and I had so much fun playing with it, and the results so satisfying! Thank you for stopping by, I’d love to see what you create if you want to share a photo with me (DM me on Instagram @little.white.door). 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
PLEASE START POSTING AGAIN! YOU DONT REALIZE HOW AMAZING YOU ARE! I absolutely adore and love your Christmas videos! Do you hibernate during the year then come back out during Christmas 😭😭 I hope you post again this year! I’m sure when I say “we need your videos,” in our beige lives, I speak for all of us 🩵 You’re so talented, your editing and voiceover are superb and easy to follow along with 🩵
Thank you so so much! I appreciate your opinion immensely! I hope to see you again in my comments in my next videos! May your holidays be just as awesome as you are! XO
Spraying inside the ornament might be easier if you use an attachment to the spray bottle nozzle? I’ve seen spray bottles of oils that have them. Just a thought.
All the ornaments are simply beautiful! I loved them all but I thought you did the amber ornament the very best results. You used the right type of medium for that process where others do not. I like your style and made a subscriber out of me. Very happy I came across your video!
I just found you tonight! I love your ornaments. They all are my favorites lol. Just beautiful! I need to start for next year! Thank you and hope to watch many more videos to come. Merry Christmas ❤️
Just came across your channel, what an amazing job you did on all the ornaments ❤I’m totally going to make some after thanksgiving 🤗. Thanks for sharing. Continue blessings 🙏🏻
We had 3 kittens one Christmas. Every morning the lower 1/3 of our Christmas tree was empty and a ring of ornaments surrounded the tree. I learned to hang only unbreakable ornaments on the bottom 1/3 of our tree!
Ahhh! THANK YOUUU! 🥰🥰🥰 The little hanging thingy was spray painted. I stuck them into the green oasis sponge (the same that I show in the video and that you can buy at Hobby Lobby or Michaels, or Amazon for example), and gave them one first coat with the Rustoleum in Flat Burnished Amber and then a second light coat of the Rustoleum in Aged Copper. The two coats give dimension. If you don't like spray paints, instead, try using simple black acrylic paint and then the Rubb and Buff (in whichever tone of gold or copper you prefer), rubbing it on for the same effect (and maybe even more vintage now that I think about it).
I’ve never seen these kind of styrofoam ornaments before! Perhaps because I live in Europe? 🤔 I’m definitely going to check the European Amazon sites for these. 👏👏👏👏👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Honored! Thank you for your feedback, I am very happy that you are going to try them! Let me know how it goes, I am sure they're going to be outstanding!!
Beautiful job, I love texture! So are you new to UA-cam? I want to make a channel myself. But I don't know where to start, any tips? You are an inspiration, and I can't wait to see more videos. Thanks for sharing, and good luck with your channel!
Hey Julie!!! OH MY GOODNESS, I am SO NEW! I started my channel literally a month ago and I am still petrified in front of the camera! I am Italian, as my accent probably gives away quickly, and I learned English living in the US for 8 years, so I am still very insecure about a lot of the words I pronounce and my biggest anxiety comes from speaking freely without hiccups. Regardless, I take my bit of courage from all of you guys appreciating the content and don't seem to be too bothered by the not-perfect English. If I may be honest I don't have a content strategy or any particular guidance to offer except I try to be consistent posting once a week and I try to edit my videos in a way that is quick and flowy, so that the viewer doesn't get bored from the get-go. I keep my intros very short too, cause I think people can't care less to look at my face and just want to get to the core of what they clicked on the video for, so yeah I am taking myself out of the picture, and producing content more selflessly just to offer inspiration and ideas to others. Frankly, the best part of this youtube journey so far is been the great amount of love I am receiving over the DIYs and the feeling of community that is growing around it. If not for other reasons, if you're thinking about opening your own channel, just do it for that! It's so heartwarming! I have a full-time job and my job requires me to travel quite a bit too so I worry that I won't always be able to keep up with consistency in posting but I will worry about that when we cross that bridge and in the meantime, I keep going. So, yeah, if you're feeling a little bit ready and a little bit scared, it's normal, just do it and it will be totally fine! XO XO Ps: let me know when you have your channel and I'll be one of your SUBS :)
I love the colors you chose!! Beautiful. Your asthetic is so relaxing and calming. Is there any way to do that "mercury" look with a blend of metallic acrylic paints or not use the spray paint? I do not like the smell. Thanks.
Hello, I just wanted to make you aware that a few days ago another UA-camr posted a video almost exactly like yours (Sammie at Unicorn Dust Designs). She did not give credit to the video that she saw. I was shocked. She's an established creator and you're still building up your channel. I don't think that's fair. I haven't seen anyone doing these beautiful ornaments and I watch ALOT of these.
LOL, It very much looks like SHE MIGHT HAVE BEEN JUST A LITTLE TOO INSPIRED... It's ok though.. I don't mind.. I still think that my video is a bit more explanatory for anyone who wants to try the DIYs and if I may be frank, I find it funny that she can't seem to get one ornament style to come out the way she wants it. Anyways, to each their own, there will always be people that will love her content so, if they're happy, that's great! I am by no means interested in battling anyone for ideas, I put my spin on the projects I take on, and if others can't do the same that's on them. Regardless, thank you for taking the time to let me know, I hope you subscribed to the channel to be notified when I upload again, and I wish you a very blessed Christmas!
@@littlewhitedoor Lol! No, she couldn't get them right. After I saw your video, I laughed. I am going to subscribe. Can't wait to see what you have coming up. Wishing you all the best and I hope your channel does really well. Have a very Merry Christmas and many blessings for the New Year!
I really like your choices of colours! I’m not a big fan of the so-called, ‘Christmas ‘ colours (red, green & white) but prefer shades as you have used. I would add to your palette, a rich burgundy and a rich lavender! Happy holidays to you! 🎶🎼🎵🎼🎵
Is she the one with the huge forehead? If it's who I'm thinking of, she never gives credit and talks like she comes up with all the DIYs herself. I've been a woodworker my whole life and she does wood crafts that make me cringe knowing that others are following her tutorials. She has NO CLUE what she's talking about when it comes to woodworking.
I know these were last year but your channel is excellent 💯 authentic and I'm now subscribed. That "other" established youtuber however I Can't watch, subscribe to, etc. Terrible manners and always comes off as though creating is such a burden LOL no wonder, I understand now she doesn't have any original ideas.
Hello everyone! I hope you're all enjoying this time before the holidays. Let me know which of these ornaments is your favorite and if you have DIYed your own this year :)

I love the colors you chose!! Beautiful. Your asthetic is so relaxing and calming. Is there any way to do that "mercury" look with a blend of metallic acrylic paints or not use the spray paint? I do not like the smell. Thanks.
Wow… love all of them!!
Awesome video! Thank you
I absolutely love ALL of them! Thank you so much for the inspiration!
I have to try today. Thanks❤
Love it. Tx for sharing🎉
BEAUTIFUL!!!
Nice inspiration!
❤❤ Thank you so much Kim, it means the world!
