Yes u are applicable! students who are in UK completing there course after 1 july 2021 is eligible for PSW.

In short PSW can help u in PR in the following ways:
1. PSW will help in getting sponsored job which in turn can help in getting PR
2. PSW time period can be used to get LR, if you are able to stay in UK for a long time (upto 10 years) including other valid visas

My question is in my case from 2019 I am in uk first in sep 2019 on student visa than July 2021 psw than in March 2022 got sponsored job tier 2 so use can apply for ILR after my 5 year finished in uk or I have to complete 5 year in tier 2

And i choose the rent option where I mistakely forgot to add house number of my house owner location but i put post code, street name, house owner phone number and full detail. But on my dependent application i put the house owner house number and remaining details. So i am very worried please help me what should i do.

After you finish your PSW you have to go back to your country unless you get a tier 2 work visa sponsorship which is very difficult..

1. Can a person on PSW visa switch from psw to skilled work visa before completion of psw validity?
2. If yes, what is the charge to be borne by an individual to convert from psw to skilled visa. Are all the expenses taken care by the sponsor(employer) or an individual also has to bear the cost?
Yes anyone can switch from the psw to skilled worker visa at any time if the psw visa is still valid.
On the second point the charges for switching to skilled worker visa is generally borne by the company for the individual, but again this varies. Sometimes the company only provides COS.
