I'm really proud of this song, i think it replicates the style pretty good, although i feel like it takes a little too much inspiration from battle against a true hero idk.
battle against a true villain
Heart attack, organtrousle, sword of law, steel destroyer, killed by dazzles, ass gore, your worst dream, finally, thoughts and wishes, rescue the planet, battle against a true villain, power of fluo, minilovania
Ass gore 💀
Date on the same side as a fake villain
That's underfell
And this is still very heroic
Assgore is a real song
Fight Against Some Guy
This sounds like a legit Undertale boss theme. This song is awesome.
"For whom dost the bell toll??" Thee. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

[Bout Towards an Unexpected Foe]
this is good hella battle against a true hero vibes
Yeah, I think I took a little too much inspiration from it with the structure of the first half being basically the same, and the instrumentation throughout being almost identical.
The abrupt ending was a nice touch
Deltarune Chapter 3&4 OST:
*Song 38*
BATTLE FOR A TRUE HERO
BATTLE AGAINST THE REAL MAIN CHARACTER
"Now children, witness the power, of THE CRYSTAL SHARDS!" ahh beat.
Dude... This is actually like almost Toby levels of good.
I like it quite a lot, but i feel it could be better. Although I'm noy exactly sure how I'd change it personally.
it's probably the structure of the song. it does the first section, than goes into the second section, but THEN it goes into half of the first section, and then the entire first section but in a different key. so it's kinda uneven and weird. that's probably one of my biggest weaknesses currently. i feel like i can make a pretty cool section, but then i have no idea how to transition to the next section in a nice way. idk.
this sounds so good! are you still using the FL trial here like last time I watched you? if so, then that makes this even more impressive, since this is a lot of music to do in just one session
I actually got producer edition for my birthday over the summer. it's very cool because i can spend as much time as i want adding details, and improving my songs. I'm glad you liked it, this song took about a week to make, but i could've done it in like 2 days if i didn't obsess over random details instead of just working on the important parts.
@@Michaelydian ah nice!
also felt on the obsessing over tiny details lol
I do that a lot in my own tracks
Uhm, this is AWESOME. Would you like to help me with my fangame?
@@Thunderclouwd I’m definitely interested in doing something like that, since it would be fun and I’d get a lot of valuable experience. Could you give me more details?
Okay, but why did you re-do baath?
lol i was originally intending to take inspiration from nightmare knight(another toby fox song), but it kinda just evolved into it's current form, which is really similar to battle against a true hero.
Ooh, really good! Mind if I use this in a custom level for a rhythm game, and if so what should I call it?
yes you can use my songs however you want, and you could probably name it "Michaelydian Undertale fan song" or something adjacent, i don't really care. (I'd appreciate it if you credit me somehow, but I don't care enough to do anything if someone uses one of my songs without crediting me)
Sounds so good. There's just this "gap" between some of the sectons that feels a split second too long
Let me tiltle it for ya
Unexpected heroism
this sounds awesome! if it was in deltarune 3 it would blend right in.
cant wait for deltarune 3: revenge of the sith
Killer production
My only complaint is that the way the main mofit, when it's the main melody, emphasises the beats makes the anticipated beat 1 a different beat to the real beat 1, making the track sound out of sync with itself
I think it's the way the first note sounds like it's on the first "and" rather than on the "one"
That's really neat you noticed that. half way through making this, i realized the rhythm sounded wonky. i thought maybe i messed something up, or it was a glitch, but it seemed like it was just an illusion. i eventually convinced myself that i only noticed because I've been listening to my own song on repeat for hours while working on it, but as is apparent with your comment, It's definitely not just me. i think you're right about how the illusion works. anyway, thanks for letting me know I'm not insane, I'm glad you liked my song. I'm rapidly realizing i just wrote a whole paragraph lol.
This is really good!!!!!!! Keep it up! 💪
The introduction was unappealing, but I liked the melody that followed after that.
modulation on the piano is wild
would be cool if it went into asgore motif territory and had the asgore "wo wo wo wo" vocal thing that plays around 0:43
it would be like a genocide asgore battle thing lol
Pretty good imitation. The trumpet section hits.
thanks :)
Fight Before A False Villan
How did you make the start up sound before the beat dropped?
i'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but the intro is just a piano, and the audio is just a reversed cymbal.
@@Michaelydian OH ok
Lol, this does sound like something you would hear in Undertale: it also reminds me of a game called Chrono Cross (great game btw).
sounds amazing!! good job !! 🙏
It sounds like all undertale boss themes at the same time, in a sense. It's like it has no own identity, it just sounds vaguely.. "undertale".
Awesome! Can you support our fangame? I little suck at music
I would definitely be interested in working on a project like that so i can get more experience. tell me more so i can get an idea of what exactly i would be getting myself into.
fire
as an undertale fan this sound pretty close. It sounds like battle against a true hero phase 2 or a no mercy Asgore type song if he had a no mercy track
you deserve another subscriber
you're better than me and i don't like it
this is really cool btw !!
🚨 ZUNPETS detected 🚨
could u create a midi? I wanna make a remix of this song
reminds me of chase music from gravity falls
Cool mix bro
This is battle against a true hero but with different notes
Kinda…
not really, there's quite a bit different here. just a similar instrumentation/starting rhythm&melody
woah mike^2 rebrand?
Battle Against A Random Guy
THE ZUNpets!!!
At youtube video's preview i thought it gonna be Strongest Enemies theme
This sounds amazing!! :D
Go rimworld type beat
