So, not about this game (thank you for uploading) but another. I have been reaching out to everyone from ESPN to Time Warner trying to see if anyone has the March 8th, 2013 game between the Lakers and Raptors. Nobody has replied to me which is unfortunate. It is my favorite Kobe game. I don't know if your sources might have any luck but I figured I'd reach out. I'm at a loss at this point.

The game should be on league pass, I think they have the entirety of the 2012-13 season onward
