Question: In Re: Court Procedure I call into question whether the judicial procedure in a particular court is legal and not in violation of someones rights and the constitution. I feel as though it's similar(if not the same) to double jeopardy. If someone already made a plea deal before the only judge they have appeared before with five things on the table with only one being left before a judge and it was accepted. Is it okay for the court to change judges using the excuse that the defendant should've been before this judge in the first place, but due to a clerical error on the courts part. So they switched it to a different judge?? Then the court starts the whole process over as if the first court proceeding never happened? And the 2nd judge insists on all 5 charges being admitted/plead to??? Thank you for your help. I hope this all makes sense to you. P.S. This isn't to get answers to a specfic case, but a concern I have whether or not the court is acting in accordance within the rule of law. It seems like there's some shenanigans going on here. Looking to convict no matter what it takes. Judges and court proceedings must be accountable to legal and ethical standards.
