Heya, can you tell me if the spektrum BT2000 Bluetooth Module is installed in the Spektrum DX3 to be able to use Spektrum Dashboard App or do you need to buy it extra. Please let me know.
Can you confirm how the aluminum chassis holds up ? Lots of people reported in forums that Arrma uses low quality 7075 aluminum that causes the chassis bent from normal usage without even heavy bashing.
Heavy to ridiculous bashing will bend ANY stock chassis. If you plan on abusing it, just go to M2C racing, and their chassis costs 242.00 USD. When you abuse RC's, you will pay, especially 1/5 scale RCs, just saying lol.
They're meant to be using T6 which is the same as m2c use my guess would be the treatment process m2c and other aftermarket customisers do is more thorough. Really seems to me that arrma are wasting money by using high grade aluminium that's clearly not hardened to the same standard, if your going to go to that expense might as well do it properly.
I got mine about a month know and it came broken out the box, Waiting on Horizon Hobby to make the next move but from all my research about Horizon Hobby I'm not too hopeful they are going to help. it looks like I'm going to have to fix it out of my own pocket. THEY GOT ME FOR $1K....
