AWTC is the largest gathering of women in tech, in Africa. It attracts hundreds of women and girls from diverse spectrums in Africa every year and presents a unique opportunity for peer-to-peer learning as well as highlighting technological advancements and opportunities in the technology space around the continent.
We held our event at the Radisson Blu Nairobi this year with an opening keynote address by Brenda Darden Wilkerson - President and CEO AnitaB.org. Brenda kicked off the day with a charge to the audience present, to stand in their power, be bold and bring impact to the technology space as we aspire for 50/50 by 2025.
