Love DM one of my favourite decks! But please god no one should pay money to build this deck with the hopes of winning anything, Dark Magician loses to a single Bystial on it’s own turn and the deck has never been worse than it is now

Ratios are a bit off on some cards, like Dark Magician at 2 is more than enough, as is Apprentice.
Also lot of cards that are super outdated like Thousand Knives and illusion Magic that I wouldn't bother running

Apprentice illusion magician should be an XYZ card just like Ebon illusion magician.
I would say over the wee witch an artimis to get rod in grave to recycle it tributing it in opponents turn is much better. imduck is a good shout, especially in a build like this which is very dark magician triangle focused allowing dm to go to grave to eternal soul reborn and circle banish. 3 DM is a little excessive in my opinion as well as 3 apprentice 2 of each is more then enough illusion magic seems more often then not a brick. the 2 magicians salvation is excessive, if you want 5 copies of eternal soul it would be much better to play 1 salvation and 1 terraforming along with 2-3 secret village from previously cut cards since that card does really well. personally I would bump red eyes fusion up to 3 to make it more worth playing the red eyes brick. thousand knives is a little underpowered, would be better off with 2 dark magic attacks, although better still 1 dark magic attack and an extra slot for something like handtraps. magicalized fusion hasn't worked all that well for me, however if your playing quintet magician it is pretty much a must, personally I don't though. upstart goblin is great since you can manipulate topdeck with circle or soul servant and then draw it almost free with upstart

@@aaronmcdonald5519 doesn't matter if you know or not. It's not as strong as meta decks. You have to pimp it with other engines handtraps and board breaker to have a chance.
@@alijabak7900 funny I have my DM deck and I dont run ash blossom, effect veiler, called by the grave or any of that and I have beaten meta decks, swordsouls, labyrinth, branded, bystails, tearlement, kashtira, so it's just the matter have the right cards at the right time. Now yes I do still lose to those decks to but I can still beat them as well

You just wanted to run everything Dark Magician related didnt you? Half of these cards are not played anymore.
Ya but that's the problem. Everyone load thier DM decks along with most other decks with a bunch of overrated cards like ash blossom, or maxx c and effect veiler and om dry but those cards only make the DM deck worst bc they just dont go. A all out DM deck is the way to go it's how I run it and I'm pretty successful with it do I lose? Yes, but so I win more? Yes

Edit: Play the deck however you like but this decklist is very bad and inaccurate. Like who tf plays Thousand Knives. We all liked playing in 2003 without handtraps but saying the are overrated is ridiculous.
@@aiolosdaftsis they are overrated. Everyone feels like they have to load thier decks down with those same hand traps, bc it's the " meta" but who says you cant run a deck like this profile a d still win. I have 3 copies of ash blossom and 3 max Cs and 23 effect veilers, but I would never use them in my DM deck bc they can be bricks as well as dead ends. It takes a skillful player to play OG style decks without all the BS hand traps and still win. Bc my DM deck is hand trap free except for apprentice illusion Magician. And I still win way more then I lose. But hey that's just my opinion agree or disagree doesnt matter to me
