Yeah what I plan on doing with the pogo version once bored I'll sand away in areas look better that way the way it's meant to look. I give them 6 months and my inquisitive nature will get the better of me now doubt maybe a year I have lots of shoes so they last forever comparatively to people with two pairs. I have issues with shoes getting better. A healthier addiction to my prior issues, believe me.

I cut mine too and think it looks better. The toebox and the swooshes are suede. All the other panels are canvas. It's not really vibrant red either, it's in between red and burnt orange.
I like those, I don't think it'd be too hard to make some classy outfits around them. Personally I wouldn't cut them, I think they look pretty nice as is.

Love the video. Very cool. I’ve been following this sneaker. It’s cool they have Paris themes. I’ve been to Paris this feels like the vibe unfortunately I just don’t love Paris so I had to pass but this is a very cool sneaker just not for me.
The under layer should have matched the laces. Most dunk SBs aren't even that good for skating. This shoe would get dirty and look like trash in no time.
@@fernandogallegos8759 Not all that regularly any more as I'm in my 40s. When I did skate more, this would not have been the ideal shoe at all. The fabric on the outside is too slippery, the double layer makes the shoe less flexible and heavier, and the shoe absorbs dirt and water. Ride through one puddle or bit of mud and this shoe is done.
These are some of the ugliest sneakers I've seen in a long time. Both pre and post reveal of red underneath. I can't wait for the extremely, and I mean extremely niche percentage of sneakerheads that are buying into this new trend of 'DIY destroy your shoes as soon as you buy them' trend to look back on it in a few years and feel dumb as hell lol.
The red underneath probably looks dope after you skate on it showing little hints of red versus removing an entire panel on purpose

How difficult was it to tear away without cutting too deep?

@@vic4ufnot hard. I saw alot of people using a razor or exacto knife to cut them, but I used Fiskar sewing scissors. It was way easier with them
