Thank you legend I'm always missing the obvious and think the worst with problems like this. Gave me a lot of relief seeing this video🙏🙏🙏
Excellent glad to hear it. Stay cool thanks for watching.
and guys he’s serious on the power sharing. unplug everything else except the AC plug on your out. it doesn’t like to share the power
So true, you wanna make sure that you just have a dedicated plug and don’t use anything else in it just this thing draws a lot of power
Do you possibly know what happens when the light doesn’t turn green at all?
You could try to just plugging it in and see if it works, but I would not have anything else on the outlet just the machine
Thanks a lot, yes it works for my portable air conditioner
Glad to hear it stay cool this summer
Very helpful, thank you! 😊
Glad I could help stay cool
Is it turning on when you plug it in it should if it’s not then there’s something wrong either with the outlet or this plug
I have a cost way ac unit that passes the test but it only turns on for a couple seconds than powers down with the lock indicator on.
Check and see if the water needs to be drained out out of it
So basically if the light turns off with test button and then back go right back to green when reset is hit, do i do this every time I plug it in
No, that’s just a circuit breaker in case it overheats
this works wonders
Stay cool this summer thanks for watching
What does it mean if the test doesn’t work?
I’m not quite sure might be a bad circuit. Good luck thanks for watching.
One question, what can I do if I already connected it and I didn't do anything with the buttons, how can I disconnect it?
This plug has kind of like a GFI so if it gets too hot, it would like blow out and turn off the electricity so when you press that button on it when it’s plugged in, it goes on and off and that’s the way you can test it but if it’s not working then that outlet may be bad or you may have too many things in it. You shouldn’t use these with extension cords. Good luck thanks for watching.
@@TomLeeman Once I finished assembling the air conditioner, I connected it, but I didn't press any button, what can I do?
What does it do when I test my ac?
That’s just basically like a circuit breaker or a GFI if it gets too hot it pops so make sure you used a dedicated outlet with nothing else plugged into it it good luck thanks for watching
What happens if the rest button pops up the minute it goes into the wall
You may have to find another wall outlet. This should be in something that’s not connected to anything else you shouldn’t use any extension cords.
Man, I am having the exact same problem. Second I plug it in, it pops and no power. Every outlet I tried.
