Thanks and agreed! Once I find a job, I’m going to buy those spikes that you put on top of a fence to keep all the critters from being able to use it as a highway. That will help with raccoons, possums and squirrels and rats! The cats won’t be happy about it, but I’ll figure out what I can do with to help them.
You need to make the choice of either giving in to the rats or controlling them. And a humane trap for the possums. I've been dealing with the same critter issue.
Many do but just as many don’t… in would say (and only imo) cherimoya you need to hand pollinate, atemoya produces many fruit without help, sugar apple is a mix and maritima self pollinates. All the others I can’t get pollinated yet so I’ll have to document how that goes!
I was trying at one point but the seller just lied about the seeds they sold me. Then it was difficult to find. Finally found some seeds recently and trying to germinate. Will be growing this in Hawaii for sure!!

That tree is too much DRAMA for grafting. Let her remain a STANDALONE! Where'd you purchase your scions?
Try using zip ties for that plant which fell & split
