When the engine is cold it struggles to stay at a consisent rpm, thats why it sounds like its going up and down the rpm. so like the other guy said, cold starts basically.
@ Normal? What the heck does normal mean? I asked if the aftermarket SC project exhaust is too loud for everyday use. Some bikes are obnoxiously loud and hurt the ears of every pedestrian you ride past as well as hurting the ears of the rider/pillion. I don’t want that on my bike.
@@shindeiru1557 although I doubt yours sounds like this with the Cat still in, sure it'll sound like a more muffled sound with out the cat and just a DB but nowhere near with both

The noise isn't from a cbr650r I've got a crt on mine without a cat and it sounds different
