Can't get past those outboard helm positions. Just see zero advantage, but negatives on a CAT..

The outboard helm stations are supposed to give the owner a much directer steering. A clear advantage is however, that the cockpit area for lounging can be much bigger as the helm station is not right behind the saloon area.

@@alexandert9960 A much more sporty sensation is expected from the fact that the helms are closer to the water. Yes, this can sound as a personal point of view... But what is undeniable is that the sail plan is going to be lower which is a clear fact of better performance. The fact that the boom's close to rub (or at least sweep) the roof is also convinient when your time to tide main into its lazy bag has come.
