- In this tutorial I demonstrate how to tie a Lone star knot also known as the Texas lone star knot. It is a fairly simple knot. We first tie a 6L5B turk's head and then do the lone star interweave. Looks quite similar to a pineapple knot. The know will find its use on an end of a handle or as a covering knot.
The knot is demonstrated by Bruce Grant in his encyclopedia in plate 87.
