Are People Watching from Heaven?

In October of 2012 Randy spent a weekend at The Cove, The Billy Graham Association's conference center in Asheville, NC. Over the weekend Randy was interviewed by Dr. John Akers on the theme "Four Central Truths of A Biblical Worldview."
In the fifth and final session of the weekend, Randy takes some time to answer a few questions from those in attendance. One questions that is asked is if those who are in Heaven are watching what is now happening on Earth and if so do they experience sorrow over the bad things that happen. Randy answers this question by focusing on the differences between the Present Heaven and the New Heaven to come.
