I like the aesthetics and art style of the levels(1-4, 7-11, and 13) and the enemies' visual design. Combichrist did good with the music. The lack of taunts, lock on(reboot Dante projectile attacks with his melee weapon soft lock to enemies I don’t what to hit), and color coded enemies needing specific weapons to be damaged(limiting you to 2 out of your 8 weapons) to was disappointing. Quick combos and the having the angel and demon hooks(and their attacks) were nice. Must Style and god must die difficulty are pretty good additions in DE(and I wish they were in DMC 5). Also nice video. I don't hate the reboot but I can understand why people got upset at it both mechanically and PR wise.

That’s a great analysis. I honestly believe it would have done so much better as it’s own thing
the only thing I like about the DMC reboot is the combat, music, visuals
