I have an INE-W960A and it says that it can't detect any satellites meaning also it can't auto adjust the clock. I found a way to manually adjust the clock but it's stuck on GMT+ and you can only adjust it + or -15mins. Have you ran into the same issue? Also, I can't find any updates for the software/driver and as far as I can see only supported up to ios 9. Alpine Australia are impossible to find any direct help. Have you had the same issues over there?
