Everyone speaks about Rory’s amazing skills, but let’s also give Shawn a huge amount of respect. I have no idea what his heart rate, or pucker power is on some of the tougher obstacles but he looks cool as a cucumber and just walks on up.
I’ve been aware of this channel for a few years, but kinda felt like my “off-road recovery content” was covered, so I never really paid much attention. I’m an idiot, this shit is pure gold and I wish I’d come around sooner. At least I have a couple years of videos to watch, but I still feel like I’ve been missing out.
If only he could design, fabricate and install some sort of innovative system that would allow those trailer wheels to articulate from their fixed position s 😅
Rory, Mike, and Shawn bringing the best content to this recovery in Pritchett Canyon and they guided this Bike rider out and onto safety. Breaking this spindle on the off road trailer as old as it was was an accident looking to happen. Like Rory said they beat the heck out of this trailer and its one tough hoss!
Ya..... That thing should probably go on the lift every other month just for inspection and greasing, He probably does and we don't see it. Rory's equipment maintenance should be like airplane inspections, Every so many hours of use, Like an airplane, there's no where to turn around, and who's going to come save the Savior?
Rory has proven time and time again his absolute skill on four wheels, we have seen him handle broken vehicles on three wheels, and now in the last few videos, we see he owns the rocks on two wheels as well. I would not bet againsts him if he was attempting to ride a unicycle down the trail!! Great video as usual and THANKS for all you do for your customers and your viewers!!
Aint nobody can say Rory can't ride a bike!! Rory is a biker. I know after watching this cause I am a biker and I know just by watching a person ride whether they are a true biker or not. I spent many a year riding trail bike here in Illinois in the rock quaries and have had to ride other guys bikes out of the quary because they got in over their head and didn't have enough talent or they got injured and had to go to the hospital. Great video!!😁
Your videos are always awesome and so entertaining! Mike, just so you know.....Swawns laugh always gives away your BS story telling, LOL. Enjoy everything thing y'all do. Can't wait to see what upgrades the recovery trailer gets. Keep up the awesome content and thank you for sharing
Stuff doesn't break when it sits around unused, that trailer has taken some serious abuse. Props for you guys getting the customer out regardless of an equipment malfunction. 😎
Great job on the recovery!! Took a change of plans but you got the job done in fine style!! Rory, Mike and Shawn make a fantastic team. All skilled, all with great personalities, and all are good people!!!
When i was growing up, i saw my dad have the same look in his eyes as Rory had when he was looking at the trailer...that's when you knew to just stay quiet and let him cool down 😅
Definitely don't want no drama from the llama. You guys are hysterical I can watch videos of y'all all day long. You knew it was going to be a good one when Rory fell in that washout right at the beginning. Great video guys as usual!
OUT of all the off-road recoveries I enjoy you three the most, the work and trouble you go through to help the people and the scenery are just fantastic and you three seem to have a great relationship. Love the videos thanks for posting them. Three Thumbs Up.
I like the welding sequence toward the beginning in which the person moves around and it looks like the weld is continuous (most of the time).......that's cool!! I thought Rory broke something when he dropped off in that washout.......I even said outloud, "That hit hard." Love the videos!!
This shows that you can enjoy the outdoors and be good stewards of the land... without causing harm.... Great recovery Rory and crew... Shawn your an amazing driver...
Who remembers is one of the previous videos when they had to go and get an overland trailer with a broken spendle and Rory said that his trailer has never had that problem and now look his trailer has a broken spendle.. just giving Rory and the guys a hard time they are an amazing crew and awesome fabricators I love y’all’s videos keep it up
The whole point was to rescue the customer. You accomplished your mission as usual. But like everyone, things will break, and Rory will find a way to patch it up. Or rebuild it when he's back in the shop. Great recovery video with a few little hiccups along the way 👍.
The accumulation of skills between these three people must amount to centuries!!! Their combination of brute force and finesse is just awe-inspiring.....
Something cathartic about watching the Big Dogs bouncing long the bunny trail explaining about the drama in the lama, Big ol Mamma. We have all watched the slow torture that trailer goes through, its a wonder. but that sucker could still pack a rig out if needed. Be well boys.
Yall have made it !!!!! When your autographing dents your on the way to the top . Your probably gonna get a grammy ( aka moab rock& best dirt award) . Whoop whoop
Crazy good footage... Unreal...(I love this channel.. do I need say anything else??)...I hesitate to add this.. "God Love you Rory and the Crew.. all of you!)
Thanks guys. I was having a bad day mentally, angry and disgusted feelings. This made me laugh a bit at Rory on the bike on the hill. With the scenery and the the technical driving made me smile. THANK YOU GUYS.
Rory i didn't know you had dirt bike skills. You did really well. I like the idea of towing the trailer with the buggy. You guys always have fun on recoveries
Kudos to the entire team - Rory even looked great on the bike! It shows the difference between trail knowledge and experience, and folks watching UA-cam and then just trying the trail without understanding the difficulty level. Thanks, Trailmater team, for showing us how to do it!
Second video of Rory doing an excellent job of riding. May be time to remind everyone why you don't like dirt bikes. Seems I remember a long time ago you explained that.
Jesus give that poor trailer a break! We have seen what it’s done, things no trailer should ever do, no reason to be disappointed. It just needed a time out on this one. Thanks for continuing to share the great work you do.
We have only one Rory, not a little boy on a bike without a helmet. Rory please keep calm and be safe, but anyway thanks again for an awesome video. Cheers Cape Town 🇿🇦🇺🇲 🇺🇲🇺🇲
1:07 Shawn holds up a rafters square to the bottom of the hitch and declares, "Perfect", pretending it's a level or something. LOL! Gotta watch this crew close :)
Rory and that trailer have taught us all that the impossible is just another day for a well thought out setup. Love the thought process in all of Trailmaiter's purpose built accessories.Look forward to learning more with a good chuckle along the way. Brilliant entertainment guys, really brilliant!
Amazing, you never know what is next to fail when doing a recovery. That trailer is been beat to death many times over. It's now time for a few new upgrades. keep it simple. it all breaks. good job guys. The Lord Bless you all.
Back in the day I raced Enduro's, I can feel that guys pain! It's too bad he didn't watch some of your previous Pritchett videos before tackling that evil trail, you best be on your A game there no matter what vehicle you bring. Thanks for all the great content!
Back in the 80's I drove these trails in a stock Cherokee. Can't do that anymore. The wear through the years has made them so much harder! Wish I had a rig like Rory's so I could keep doing it. I miss the scenery, but these videos sure do help.
"Don't talk to any other trailers" 🤣I love this crew you guys are the best on YT!!! I would love to run Pritchett with y'all after Trail Hero!! What do you think Rory!?
Fun fact: Mike actually has a pair of Rockpeckers at home as part of a captive breeding program. He's trying to re-establish the flocks that have become so depleted in the wild.
Man when the buggy slammed into that hole.... I bet that passenger was hurting. My wife and I were wheeling one time and slammed into a washout. I didn't really feel it but my wife sure did. Seatbelt across her chest hurt her bad enough that she didn't want to go out the rest of the day.
Nothing lasts forever. But loving your crew and admire what y'all do for a living. And Shawn also needs to get a decent horn 😆. The one he has now makes his buggy sound like a true Rez rocket 😂
Rory was born in the wild and raised by a pack of off road vehicles 🙂
Great comment LOL. 👍🏻
I can see he had no dirtbike in his family tree.

Hell yeah! Shaun's the Iceman.

His heart rate is measured by mutton sandwich and sits around 55-60

I felt that thru my screen..!!!
Exactly 💯 Cheers Cape Town 🇿🇦🇺🇲🇺🇲
It was right about that time the customer was seriously wondering if he'd found the right recovery guys, lol.
Always love Mike and Sean banter at the end of the videos
Exactly 💯
best part of the videos
The outtakes and the bloopers, this is what makes this You Tube Content Creator different and I think we all could agree, we like it.
Don't want no Lama drama 😂

Mike and Shawn's interactions are superb.
Rory is the king of red rock.
You picked a fine time to leave me loose wheel
😂🤣😂👏👏. That’s Great!!😀👍
Bwahahaha!!!
Love it!!!
The hard-working trailer just got tired. It's still the best offroad recovery trailer I have seen.
Rory, I'm sure you've ridden those trails before. But when you rode up that hill, I was impressed.
Rory say's he needs to pull the trailer with the buggie so he can go faster. Instantly slams into a wash and then soon after breaks his trailer axle😂😂
If only he could design, fabricate and install some sort of innovative system that would allow those trailer wheels to articulate from their fixed position s 😅
