    The 10 Steps to Your Green Card with Avant Healthcare Professionals are:
    1. I-140 Petition/ Green Card Filed
    2. I-140 Petition/ Green Card Approved
    3. Fee Bill - Immigrant Visa Fee
    4. Packet 3 - DS-260/ Civil Document Submittal
    5. Final Processing
    6. Packet 4 - Exit Interview
    7. Immigrant Visa Issuance
    8. Pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee
    9. Receive your Permanent Resident Stamp (I-551)
    10. Permanent Resident Card/ Green Card Issued

      Thank you for your interest! However, we currently cannot assist those already located in the U.S. as we are not taking any adjustment of status cases at this time.

      Avant can include the RNs legally married spouse and any children below the age of 21 on the green card petition.
