Haven't tried "dry start" yet, but it's on my to-try list. I've had great results with the "dark start" method, which I also picked up from Jurijs, I think. Nice tank, nice shrimps. 👍
I’ve always did darkstarts which I kinda stayed with for a long time and mostly worked especially with for example not solid enough hardscape or leaching stuff. The dry start this way is amazing to be honest , zero complains!
Tank looks really nice! Great job! The shrimp also are really cool, as for fish I would do some CPD’s aka galaxy rasboras. Nice and small, but add some cool interest to the tank.
