  • On of histories forgotten places, is Fort Koenigsmaker in France, here Pattons advance was slowed as he had to battle extensively for the fort, in this episode we will go over the battle itself and I will take you to the most amazing underground parts of the fort.
    This is a place vast and deep underground, full of craters and battle damage, and the scars are still there. After the war it was simply abandoned by all, never cleaned or cleared.
    it was a special journey for me to visit this place, there is something special here, something that still keep calling me and I will be back to find out what it is, but here is what I found to start with
    Please like and follow it really helps me continue bringing these around the world to you.

    Hello from Ireland again Tino. What an amazing place. It looks like you could move in and give it a lick of paint lol. I Can see and Hear how impressed even you are bro. Those Fuse's are still there, incredibly. Those Germans must have been properly fit with all the walking they did, lol. I can hear you breathing heavily in places. Jesus, Tino, if I heard you walking down those corridors speaking German, I swear I would lose my fucking shit for sure, lol 😆 😂 🤣. Tino I don't need to tell you this again but brilliant video again, my friend 🙏🙏👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏💖👏👏👏

    Man, that's impressive. I can't imagine what it must have like for a fresh recruit finding themselves stationed there. Must have been a lot of fun trying to figure out where to go. But even worse than that would be someone raiding the fort.

    great place Tino, it shows what idiots we were durig that time to construct these kind of things, After living in peace for such a long time it still seems necessairy to prepare for war in Europe... I think all this money could be better spend on research. Thanx for the content!

    On those cast iron radiators you might find a cast in brandmark like Buderus (German) or some french brandings like Schneider or Coquereill

    Why didn't you try to open the shutters? Great video. Two more questions7: Why were the lights in pairs instead of spread out, how come such heavy duty wire? What was that much electricity used for?

      @@jaydewitte2958 those are interesting questions that I will try to get back to you on when I go back there because I'm not done at that place some of the questions might be answered in the next episode from the next Fort over because we had a guide who knew that Fort really well

    Hi Tino the long walk on the firing tunnels, on the right are slight indentations, is this a possible place for the Ammunition do you think

    • @tinostruckmann
      @tinostruckmann  2 дні тому +1

      @@adriananderson4530 probably not because this would be single Rifleman with Mausers so they would have Clips not belts or something that would be stored and fed from a box there's a lot of these forts we don't know everything about yet but when I go back I'm going to try to look at how that would feel for an infantryman

    Interesting that we have a space force these days….underground spaces? Seems like war is cyclical and it’s always Esau and his descendants chasing Jacob across the globe trying to murder both he and his descendants.
