I would change this a bit. You should make it so that Goku Black is more of a threat to the three SSJ3s. Make it so that Black already knows how to transform, and his Rose form is more than enough for the three SSJ3s. Piccolo joins the fight for the Mafuuba against the immortal Zamasu, and this causes Zamasu to want to fuse sooner with Black. Zamasu is still destroyed, but he still does the thing where he nearly destroys the time-line, and that's where Xeno takes notice. Xeno comes on his own and meets Goku. Have Goku be playful enough to win over Xeno, and thus the Tournament of Power still happens.

I don't know if I like the wish editing thing, from what I understood Kami originally created the earths dragonballs basically on a whim and didn't know what they could do, making his battle strength higher couldn't increase his knowledge and the reason dendé could edit the earth dragonball is because Grand elder Guru blessed him with more knowledge/magic/power when he unleashed his potential
It's not necessarily about whether you like it or not the idea makes sense. Shenron's ability has always been tied to Kami's current strength. We aren't talking about what Dende could and could not do, Kami's goal is to edit Shenron to the level of being able to affect a different timeline, as long as his strength rises high enough we didn't see a legitimate reason as to why that couldn't happen. Your statement about Guru's potential boost on Dende only helps that point. Dende was likely stronger than Kami, and I can't recall any moment when Guru states he has given Dende "knowledge" canonically the boost only affects strength so I'm not sure if you're applying headcanon or something but could you cite a moment when Dende or anyone makes a statement about Guru blessing Dende with knowledge?

This video is pretty good but 3000 seems pretty absurd for Goku at that age, its 3 times stronger than Raditz was when he came. I feel like the 900-1200 range would be a better power set for Goku. Cause around that time his power level would be around 100-200 and a 30 times boost seems a bit out there. But keep up the good work boys!!
This is an interesting take but I'm curious why you think Age has a negative correlation with power. Given enough time, 1 year, a fighter should be able to reach a high level even if young. Infact with Future Trunks as the training partner the level we set Goku at in the video could be considered a lowball. This is why I'm curious as to what your reasoning for going lower is

I was just thinking that while trunks was very strong his lack of experience in teaching my inhibit how much he can actually help goku. He would still get much stronger but I didn't expect that much of a grown. After all he trained with roshi, for a time all while getting boosts from the ultra divine water as well as natural zenki boosts. And raditz would be doing the same by contouring planets. I know goku would be stronger I just didn't expect him to outclass radirz by so much.
